Beware of ATM at this branch! My family has had multiple problems with it. Customer service to resolve issues is slow.

The ATM at this location is purposely set up to eat cards so that you have to go into the bank and get a sales pitch before you can get your debit card back (I have a different bank). And the tellers are VERY pushy. Don't go here.

A very welcoming and professional staff-member helped me here! I believe her name was Raynesha Wilson! She showed me the benefits of opening more than one account with Citizens Bank and I am very satisfied!

Most friendly staffs and fast accurate service. I am a loyal customer ever since this branch opened in the spring of 2005

Language setting on the ATMs should default to English, not force me to choose the national language. Why does ATM make me wait for preference settings and not know I always choose English? And not know I always want a receipt with my transaction?

Awful franchise, awful staff. All they care about is money money money. They are very uncooperative and only promote their products. They are inflexible and don't care about their loyal customers.

I finally reached my limit today. I've banked with Citizens for a long, long time and I'm a good customer. I have been in the banking industry for my whole career and I've always tried to be understanding about customer service. This bank is a mess, and I can't let it go this time. They advertise Saturday hours and then staff this branch with 2 tellers and an investment person. As a result, when I needed help with something that requires a customer service representative, I'm out of luck. First, I asked the investment guy, who asked me to talk to a teller. Next the teller deflected me when I arrived at the counter so she could help someone at the drive-in. Next the investment guy asked to help, and wasted another 5 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help, only to find that I need to go to a banker. I get back in line for the tellers and get the same woman. She is not pleasant on her best day, and when I explain what I need she asks if it's OK if she helps the guy behind me instead. Really? I say no, I'm a customer too. She turns to walk over to pick up another drive in customer. I object and she reluctantly reaches out for my paperwork. I'm done with her attitude and from prior experience I'm pretty sure she doesn't have a hope of helping me, so I walk out, fuming. Citizens Bank, if you can't staff your branch to help customers who walk in, don't open the office. And get rid of people who can't understand that every customer is important.
