My husband and I used County Mortgage Services for the purchase of our new home! We would highly recommend County Mortgage!!! I wish we could give them more than 5 stars!! Dave and Jeannine were amazing to work with, so informative, quick and helpful, not to mention super friendly!!!! This is the 4th house we have purchased and by far our best experience with a mortgage service. I will definitely recommend County Mortgage to everyone!!!

I am very excited today because I successfully purchased my first home with the help of County Mortgage Services LLC! Trevor, Dave, and Jeannine played a very intergal part in helping me to secure a mortgage with the lowest interest rate available in this economy. They were professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to my needs; and made sure they were always available to answer the plethora of questions that I had throughout this entire process including on settlement day. It is very refreshing to have human interaction when conducting complex business dealings. Most recently Trevor Ide had worked diligently to find a mortgage that fit my unique needs as an investor and I felt completely well taken care of from start to finish. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of completing a refi with Trevor Ide at County Mortgage. Trevor was able to save us $375 a month by bringing our interest rate down and getting our PMI dropped off our mortgage. Trevor was professional, communicative, and diligent throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to refi!

Dave and Jeannine at County Mortgage are absolutely amazing and were so helpful with our recent settlement. We were simply shopping for rates when our realtor referred us to them. They had good rates, but probably could've found better if we looked. But their service was tremendous! We had an issue with our appraisal which was delayed until the last minute. When it finally did come in, our mortgage company of course made us jump through several more hoops, including some requests that contradicted their previous requests. But Dave and Jeannine helped us every step of the way. They were in constant communication with us, including being available after hours. They stayed on top of the mortgage company to ensure that we would get to settlement, and we did! No way we would've made it without them. Highly recommend!
