Today I received an amazing phone call! The associate told me they found my lost keys from 2 months ago. The keys were in the lost and found. I had stopped in a few times and called a few times in hopes of finding my keys but always was told no keys were found. I am so thankful that this woman used my cvs member card to locate my identity and called me to tell me my keys were in located. I am truly grateful for the effort she took to contact me. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

This review is based solely off of a customer service interaction I witnessed, and was also part of, this evening. I was in your store to pick up an order around 5:30 PM today, and nobody was at the front counter. There was an elderly woman trying to check out at the self checkout area and had some trouble… She called to a young woman
( a brunette, dressed in all black, with AirPods in her ears) who was stocking raisin bran cereal. She couldn’t hear anyone because she had music blasting in her ears.
Finally, I walked up to her and said someone needed help. … To which the staff member rolled her eyes and replied “with what?”! She begrudgingly walked over to the self checkout area and was so bothered by this woman needing some help … she then walked away, and I approached her asking her if I could pick up my order… she asked me what my name was, got my order, and didn’t even ask me if I wanted to enter my phone number. She seemed very annoyed when I asked her if I could enter my phone number first… Once the transaction was complete, this lady simply walked away . Didn’t make eye contact, didn’t hand me my bags, nothing whatsoever.
This is unacceptable behavior and I would be more than embarrassed to have somebody working like this at my store. Everybody has a bad day here and there, but being rude and treating basic level customer service requests as if they are of the utmost annoyance to you, is unacceptable.

Sunday 3/16/2025, was there @8:35 am and wasn’t open when their sign says 8 am Monday- Friday. This also wasn’t the first time, it’s been multiple times. Get your stuff together!!

Automated Phone for the pharmacy is absolutely garbage and hangs up on callers, and options for getting your questions answered are not nearly sufficient. How is anybody supposed to get their medicine or their questions answered when the phone operator is automated to Hell? What happened to getting on the phone with a human? This is more of a CVS complaint than directed at anyone in this location. In an effort to cut costs, corporate has effectively cut their phone lines by giving callers a limited number of questions to get answered… then the line just… hangs up. Two stars – only for the good service in-person pharmacists who got me my medicine.

Purchased a HP Ink cartridge and was thrilled it was a sale price.... until I got home and realized the cartridge expired last year!!! Why would CVS keep products on the shelf that expired?

I’ll make it short. My doctors consistently provide their approvals and prior authorizations and this store in Jamison consistently says they haven’t received the approval or authorization. Usually I just keep calling until it works out. I’m going to another country and was short 10 day supply of my medication. For a month I worked with WellCare, CVS and my doctor. Everything was set for me to pick up and they said NOPE, we didn’t get your doctors approval. Yeah you did! I was on the phone with them when they called. So now I’m leaving for a 30 day trip short of my medication by 19 days. Outrageous CVS do better.
