Better than expected

I have been using this car wash for over 9 years. It always washes well, there is space to clean the car. But for the last 8 months the dryer on the driver's side has been working very poorly. Small drops of water always remain on the glass and on the right mirror and the entire right side of the car is wet. I hope that the owners of this car wash will fix this problem.
I recently left a review about the not very good drying of the car at this car wash. Today I checked and it turned out that the owner fixed this problem. Thank you for the prompt response. It's nice that the owner values the reputation and quality of work of his car!Thanks!

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review. In advance of my draft date, I contacted this organization and had a conversation with the staff member advising them that I wanted my auto canceled prior to my next date. This was confirmed by the staff member and then a week later I was charged. I then made four calls before I could finally get a manager to call me back and because I don’t know the staff members name he is telling me that he cannot refund the money.
This is pretty simple customer service and I’m not understanding why an organization would insist on not refunding money when they made the error and didn’t cancel the account when they were supposed to.
I would not recommend this place now that I’ve had this interaction with the manager however I would’ve been happy to re-engage in a new membership if my membership were canceled at the time that I requested it to be because I just needed the summer off. I was planning on restarting my membership but as a result I will be going to another car wash and getting another membership because this manager could not simply refund them a charge that they made a mistake.

Workers were so great! One nice man even helped us unscrew our truck’s antenna before we went through the wash.
Definitely worth stopping by.

Went on a sunny Sunday afternoon after weeks of clouds and rain so thought I'd be waiting in line forever. Line was long but moved very quickly. They had an employee at the kiosks helping people choose the wash they needed and with payments. I really liked how the gates alternated opening and would only open when there was enough space in front. Quality of wash was very good.

Great place. Only downside of my visit was when the man screamed at me when I didn't know how to put the car in neutral fast enough( it's our new car and it takes me a minute)

Been using them for a while but I’m done. Everytime I leave the back of my vehicle is dirty and the wheels are never clean. Plus the driers never complete the cycle so it’s soaked coming out.
