Love the gift items there. Reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly. They have coupons they offer you on a regular basis to provide discounts for items they have in the store.

I came to return some items that were purchased for me as gifts from another Norman's Hallmark location. Sales staff was very considerate and found all items except for one that could not be returned. I could live with that. I found some replacement items that I will enjoy. I left the store pleased.
