This bank is absolutely the worst. Most times I leave frustrated because of the processes. I had to go into the branch twice to get added to my husbands account because they didnt do the correct paperwork. Most times, withdraws are a nightmare. They ask if I called ahead (ah no, I'm not taking out that much), their new confirmation process doesn't always work on my Android so they make me go into the bank if that happens. And to top it all off America's Most Convenient Bank doesn't even have a drive thru ATM.

They changed there hours only open till 6 on Fridays & the drive-thru is never open anymore

Wouldn't cash a check for me unless I pay $10.My employer banks with them and the check has their address on it!!!No wonder banks are failing.

Very rude customer service and a lot of hidden fees, (Charges $35+$35+$35+35+$35 + maintenance fee $15) they can charge you whatever amount they want without any reason. Looking for other options so I can switch my checking and business accounts.

I’ve always found everyone who works there always courteous, pleasant and helpful. Bee dealing with this bank for 17 years. Never had an issue.
