Handled my prescription as if they cared. I ordered on Friday, 11 July. ‘Was told to pick up Monday, 14 July. When I arrived, I was told I could pick up Tues. afternoon. I was then called at home and could pick up Tuesday afternoon. The price was satisfied. .

For some reason know one had, my prescription, Walgreens in Warrington pa, went above and beyond calling other stores for me. She found one, I was in shock, know one goes above and beyond anymore. She sent me to Jamison , I told the girl it was called in by Warrington, she said they were out. Some must have, told her it was being worked on, another surprise, someone communicating with another. In general the girl at Warrington, should be commended for her kindness, and going above and beyond in a world we're most people could care less. Very pleasant experience, especially when your sick. Thank you.

Dr sent sons rx yesterday. Went to pickup but their power was out. Went back today to pickup and said they never got it. Now need to wait until tomorrow. Meanwhile my son has been sick since Sunday. How are they not able to notify the Dr that it didn’t go through. What a joke.

Typically use the drive-thru pharmacy. Typically call ahead to make sure my meds are in stock as my prescribing doctor makes me wait until the final day. The staff is always friendly and makes sure my meds are in stock or there's an alternative, then I have no choice but to call my prescribing doctor. At least the pharmacy staff understand the awkward situation I'm in every 14 days as when will my doctor trust that I don't abuse my meds? Also, never had a problem purchasing OTC items in main store. Switched from another pharmacy to return to the Jamison Walgreens as the main pharmacist Kathy is super nice.

The pharmacy staff at this location are all absolutely lovely. I don’t often leave reviews but I figured I would. I had to get my prophylactic rabies vaccine series here; both times my insurance obviously didn’t cover it due to my profession. They still took time out of their day to try to run my insurance, tried to run discount codes for me, and were very prompt, helpful and pleasant. They answered all of my questions both over the phone and at the time of my appointments.

Walgreens is always my go-to convenience store and this locating gets everything right except for curbside orders. I’ve tried on 3 separate occasions and there’s always an issue. It’s clear staff does not monitor online orders- I’m always getting emails of “delays” in my order and when I call it’s because no one saw the order come in. Today, after waiting 3 hours, I called to inquire and was told, regarding my items,: “we are out of stock.” I also mentioned one of the items in my order was a prescription that Walgreens called me to pick up- clearly that was available.So I went to the store myself 5 minutes after that call and found all 3 of the items I ordered on their shelves. In stock. Pleaseget rid of the curbside option for your location if you’re not going to train and encourage your staff to make it part of their customer service. I’ve yet to see you guys get it right.

Twice in 1 week I have been disappointed. First, an electronic script was sent more than 2 hours before I arrived to pick it up, only to find they didn't have the prescription in stock, but a similar script. They then asked me if they should call the doctor to change it. This is something that should've already be done. CVS had it, but they could not transfer it. Had I reached the doctor first, I would've asked for a new script to CVS. My child got worse, needed a new script. Just sent it to CVS, what a different experience. Second failure, went to get thermometer covers. Price online $4 cheaper. That's a lot! Wouldn't adjust in store, had to buy online and pick-up. Ridiculous if you ask me.
