The never-ending frustration of showing up in the morning to get gas, and every single pump is occupied with a car (because everybody’s inside). Super rude and inconsiderate of people to make everybody else wait for their turn at the gas pump while you’re getting your breakfast and coffee inside.

Defeats the purpose of paying at the pump if you have to go insider and wait in line for a receipt

I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich. I drove home and opened it up and it was literally just cheese and lettuce on a roll. It was an accident I get it, I worked in service when I was younger, it was a honest mistake everyone makes. However, my problem was the manager didn't seem to care much. They made me a new one, but usually you're a little more sorry and try to compensate the customer when you waste a hour of their day driving back and forth.

good eatery, you can quickly buy something to drink and eat and move on, it's a pity that there is no drive thru, but everything is great! There's even a gas station!

You know I really don't expect much from Wawa. It's always the go-to for a quick stop for gas cigarettes ATM food drink whatever. I've worked in customer service for about 15 years, I've also used radios at my jobs never in my entire career did I tell a customer to hold on by holding my finger up their face like the cashier did now to me. I'm a delivery driver I am in the same town and come to the same Wawa no one else has ever done that. Needless to say I will be making less stops here.
