“I’m very happy with the service I received! The instrument cluster in my Mercedes CLA250 started cutting in and out and after being jumpstarted after my two weeks trip outside of the country. I took my car to Dempster after two disappointing experiences with two other German car repair shops that both failed to identify what was the problem.
The scheduling was easy and I was able to drop off my car at 7:30 am in the morning before work and got a shuttle office back home. They were able to identify the problem very quickly and kept me updated on the status of my car via texts.
It ended up being a faulty battery and they replaced it at a very fair price (including an oil change)! And they worked really hard to give me my car back the same day! Ryan and Cam are both very kind and nice.
I would definitely come back in the future when I need a service on my car.”

“My car broke down early morning and I needed to have it towed to be fixed. I called Mavis right away to see if it could be taken there to be looked at today. The guys there were happy to do so.
I was relieved that I could send it to the shop today and had no problem from the staff to take on the work!”
