“Had a screw in my tire. Made an appointment for 9am, got to Dempster’s at 8:15. They took my car early, fixed the tire and charged me NOTHING! now that’s customer service. I’ll be back to Dempsters next time. Also I loved the golden Cooper!”

I called this company and these people came to where my car was (I wasn’t even there for this), assessed/diagnosed the issue (the wheel was cracked), took it away for repair, and brought it back and put it back on all within a little over 24 hours. I didn’t have to do anything on my end. This service was an absolute godsend for someone like me who has limited resources or time to deal with something like this.
