AutoZone in Jeannette provides wonderful and helpful customer service with knowledgeable and friendly employees who go above and beyond. Staff are always so helpful, getting customers situated, saving them money, and installing parts like batteries and brake lights. They automatically look up parts at other locations if needed and will do price matching. The store manager and team are very knowledgeable. Customers feel taken care of and consistently recommend this store for its absolutely wonderful service.

This unit is great, the staff is always working with customers, helping get the items they need and want. Shelves are neat and stocked well. There is plenty of parking in the lot. Have a question about car care, you can call the unit and talk with one of the knowledge staff.

Had to stop into the Jeannette store for a battery swap and Brian took care of it in record time. Super friendly and helpful and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Always great and friendly service at this location!
