Each employee including the loan dept(John & Patti were amazing ?) are all are so very friendly & go the extra mile without hesitation...(example) 9/5/24 I lost my debit card & I was very worried because I have automatic deductions I don't want to get returned fees possible bad marks due to a payment not going through. They assured me all will be okay & instead of waiting the typical period for a new card to be mailed & a fee for replacement they waived I'm getting my new card tomorrow I still can't believe it TOMORROW... They were right everything's going to be okay !!!!! Because they made it okay!! Thank you ECFCU you truly have the best employees!!!!!!! ?”
