I've been going here for decades and they're now refusing certain prescriptions because of their own BIAS. If you're a female please stay FAR AWAY and find a better pharmacy that won't deny you access to lifesaving medications because of your biology!

If I could give no stars I would. This is my hometown giant eagle but I only stop here if I absolutely have to… first off, it’s dirty and always smells weird. I stopped yesterday for oranges I was using for Christmas decorations (I would NEVER eat their produce ?). I also stopped to check out their cinnamon sticks but since they were prices $10, I decided to skip them. I checked out and was walking out of the store when a grown man CHASED after me in the parking lot accusing me of stealing cinnamon sticks… STEALING CINNAMON STICKS. You have got to be kidding me, I looked at him confused and said, “I decided against them bc of the price, CHECK MY BAGS!” He said nvm and ran back in the store. It was embarrassing to be accused of stealing something so stupid. I was taken back by the whole situation and went to my car but I will NEVER be shopping at this location again. Worry about the quality of your products and cleanliness of your store before you worry about someone stealing cinnamon. Absolute disgrace of a business. Shame on you.

WOW ! I have a new prescription that I was starting, the pharmacist, "Melissa" discovered that was going to conflict with my current medication I was on. She called my doctor's office right then and there! He changed my prescription so that it was compatible with my current medication! EVERYONE I've ever talked to at the Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Harrison City has been fantastic! Pharmacist Melissa exceeded my expectations! Thank you Melissa and staff!
