I had a terrible experience. I made a virtual appointment for my one month old daughter due to pink eye conjunctivitis. I was told that she could be seen for this issue and receive medical care and medication. The doctor virtually saw my daughter and stated he could not prescribe any antibiotics for this and it could be either conjunctivitis or gonorrhea. He did not ask any questions. I do not have gonorrhea and my baby is one month old. The only way she can get gonorrhea is within 2-5 days after birth or during breastfeeding. I am not positive for gonorrhea nor am I breastfeeding. This was inappropriate and I am very upset. I am not satisfied with the treatment, and comments regarding my daughter's care.

They now make you set "appointments" you can't just walk into the EXPRESS Then you sit and wait for your "said appointment" for almost 30 minutes ????

I was at the Jeannette MedExpress on 1/11/24. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was seen in a very short time and was seen by MaryAnne Perry, PA-C. She is VERY friendly and compassionate. I had an excellent patient experience.

Excellent care, efficient check in. Only confusion was that I had to wait for 3 hours due to "online appointments" (the waiting room was empty). I wondered what their "no show" percentage was and whether they could have taken me earlier.
