The lady in the pharmacy was ignorant and very full of herself. She held my son insurance card and didn't want to give it back for some reason. And had to get another employee to get it back cause she said she won't mess up her break time for anyone

I called a prescription in last week, and I went to pick it up today. It wasn't ready. She said she had to order it. Then she said $200.00. I said no, and showed her my insurance card again. She said $100.00.The last time it was $60.00.I'm switching to Walgreens.Also they are the most unhappiest bunch I've ever seen.

One of the worst pharmacies I've been to. We have very important psychiatric medications that need filled regularly and more often than not they go unfilled for several days *after* we call to double check. This is unacceptable. The pharmacy has also been randomly closed with no warning during scheduled hours (the newer COVID hours) due to, from what I understand, no one coming in.Also the employees in the pharmacy are often rude and short with customers, both myself and others I've seen while waiting. I would avoid getting prescriptions filled here if at all possible.

First of all, I tried filling a medication THREE times and they didn't fill it. I went to pick up my medications one day and didn't think to check until I got home and had found for the third time my one medication wasn't filled even though it had refills and everything. Anyways, along three of my own medications what did I find? SOMEONE ELSE'S MEDICATION. I was absolutely shocked someone could mess up so badly, plus the last name wasn't even close alphabetically to mine. Thinking back to checkout the machine was making some error type noises and I'm now sure that it was the machine telling her that she was giving someone the wrong medication.

I have been getting the same prescriptions here for 11 years. The last year I have been having issues every month when getting my refills. For example one month I was told the dr put the wrong date in the script so I had to call the dr to fix it. So I did and the dr checked and said she did not. She had to contact them to fill the script. I need 60 of the same pill, two months this year I was told that they didn’t have enough medication to fill it. I don’t understand how they was short when I get the same amount every month. So this month I called yesterday and was told they put them through I called today to verify that the medications was ready they said that they was not due to be filled I said that’s not possible. I then showed up they said that it would be 20 min to be filled. Needless to say I have a dr apt tomorrow I will be transferring to a new pharmacy.

My husband has a severely infected tooth and showed up here with 2 prescriptions at 830 last night (they close at 9!) One woman said it could be filled, the other however stopped her and said they weren't filling it they had too much to do!!! Husband was up all night because of the pain. Terrible customer service and after these are picked up will NEVER go back!

This shop is completely impersonal, the staff is very pretentious, and I wouldn't spend a single dime here if it was the last pharmacy on earth.
