Called them about getting scheduled in for a motorcycle inspection and removing 4 stripped bolts out of a luggage rack. Got told they don’t do appointments and to just come in. When I came in, the employee Brian, started complaining about my request and how inconvenient these jobs are and how they can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours. I found it odd that he was complaining to a first time customer about having to do pretty simple requested work, but I jokingly apologized for the hassle and offered to just leave my motorcycle there so they could work on it the next day and not throw off their current schedule for the day. The next day came and went, and I got no phone call. Knowing the employee already was cranky about having to do the requested work, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have been a bit hard to remove the bolts and waited for a call the next day. After waiting till around 1:30, two days after dropping off my bike for an inspection, I decided to just call them. And what would you know! They said my bike was actually just finished that second and being pulled out now. I let them know I will be right there and then arrive and get a bill of over $190 after their 3.75% CC fee. Broke down into $50 for the inspection, and a whopping $119 to remove and replace 4 bolts. With the new bolts provided by me. $119 labor charge. Wow! I guess Brian must like repeat customers even less than bolt removals.

Customer service was great. Timber was friendly and helpful. I had 2 tires mounted on my BMW R9T and they feel well balanced. They had me in and out within 1/2 hour. Fair price and quality work. Thanks guys.
