“My experience was with the North Huntingdon/Irwin location 1001 bridge Street. I rented a unit over the phone, after seeing it in person I realized it was not going to be big enough. I was able to get it changed to a larger unit with no trouble. I spoke with an amazing lady and also met her at that location that worked in the office. She was so nice knowledgeable and went out of her way to solve any issues I had. She was absolutely wonderful. So far my experience has been great at this facility.”
