My grandmother called Jeff Elliott and he scheduled to come out on a Saturday (4/23) and scheduled to be out at 10:30 am. A hour passes and she called and left a voicemail. Hours go by with no word from him and he does not show up. Fast forward to today (4/26) and he never bothered to call back. After looking at reviews, this guy seems extremely shady.I wouldn’t bother with this guy. Go to a professional, because he certainly is not

Jeff came out to check out my stove. I paid him to come out and for labor. He never came back to install the part. I left him several messages and texts, and he has never responded! And he asked that I make out the check to him, not the company name. Stupidy on my part...don't use him. He's a scam.

I paid Jeff in full, and in advance, for labor and a part on December 20th, 2019 and have not heard from him since to install the part/complete the job.

Jeff responded to my text promptly on a Sunday. He arrived on time on Monday morning and diagnosed and replaced the malfunctioning relay switch. His charges were fair. Will call him again.

Came out to repair dryer that wouldn't operate. It appeared to be repaired. Unfortunately I he put the belt on inside out and broke the heat during repair. The drum wouldn't spin with clothes in and the heat wouldn't work. After several calls and texts, we gave up on a return call. We went to another repairman.

Jeff was very friendly on the phone during the initial call, and he came out promptly. He evaluated our dryer and quickly concluded it was the heating element. He replaced the heating element that day and collected payment. Prior to Jeff’s visit our dryer was only partially heating... well now there is no heat. 6 days with no dryer and 4 calls to Jeff... well he has seemed to disappear. If he ever calls us back, I will edit the review accordingly. It stink when this is what you have to do to get the local small business to call you back.
