We just moved in a few weeks ago and already love this community so much more than our last. It is clean, quiet, and comes with many amenities. Shoutout to Moe in the office as she is one of a kind! She is always so happy and willing to find a solution to anything that is thrown at her. We appreciate her and the rest of the office/maintenance workers.

Do not value living in this complex, a year ago in the summer the air conditioning was damaged and it took approximately 1 month to repair it, to try to solve the situation they placed 1 window air in each room that could not even cool the rooms, the other areas of the apartment were a sauna; they ended up repairing it in the middle of summer. This year I was going to change my complex but I forgot it and it was automatically renewed and I couldn’t do anything, because last week the air conditioning was damaged again (old and obsolete units) half repaired and it worked for a couple of days, summer has not started and I’m already living a nightmare and starting to complain so that they repair the air again, this will be a nightmare again for my family.
PD: Moe’s attention is excellent, she is always very kind.

After being with Willowbrook for 3 years, we are thankful to have this complex. Being in a complex will always bring in an issue or two, but the maintenance team is speedy to help and very kind. Moe in the office is great, she is also always there to help. The community is clean, quiet, and people are always out and about at the amenities. The parking situation is great but watch out for those speed bumps! Overall would recommend this complex to anyone looking in the area.

I've been here 3 years and Moe in the leasjng office has treated my children and I in such a kind and caring way! Any issues I have had she has been prompt to address. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness! She is a true treasure here! Willowbrook is lucky to have her!

When I first became a tenant at Willowbrook the leasing professional Moe was very informative and helpful during the move-in process. Any questions I had she was available and any concerns she was on top of them. I really appreciated Moe when I first moved to Willowbrook.

There has been alot of theft, breaking in cars and homeless people in this complex. I moved here 2018 and I am still here unfortunately but if they added some security we wouldn't mind paying the rent we pay! It's absurd that at this point in life we have an apartment complex without ANY security. I have had several complaints sent to the manager but unfortunately you always get the same sob story, which pretty much means there are other communities for you to live in. Just a poor way of conducting business. Hopefully the economy gets better so I can get a home and leave this place.

Again Willowbrook maintenance fails. It is 18 degrees out and my furnace is not working and I received a call from Craig the head maintenance person who showed up yesterday to fix it, didn't bothering checking the code while it wasn't working, couldn't figure out what was wrong with it but accidentally got it working, to tell me that he'll show up on Monday to fix it. While I am here wracking up my PECO bill with two ceramic heaters. And can't leave my place with the heaters running, safety issues....yet he tells me it's ok to. I am on call and could have to leave for a 12-hour shift. The pipes will freeze!! This is once again typical maintenance of Willowbrook Apts!! Beware before you rent here!!

A Great Place to Call Home
I've loved living at Willowbrook for over a year. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, the community is pet friendly, and the location is perfect.
