The worst experience with a bank I've ever had. I was preventedfrom cashing a legitimate check by the bank Manager Harsh went to get. They told me I had to deposit it. I didn't want an account. He said there was a note on my account saying I had to deposit. He said he didn't know why. I called the entity who sent me the check and they said it was clear. So now I'm wondering what's going on. They chose to treatme like I was up to something. I was in the bank for well over an hour. They were ignorant and bias. Harsh did his job. He should be excluded from the debacle. I observed the difference in how they treated every other customer. I never said anything disrespectful. I never seen these guys before in life. I deposited the check finally. They forced me to deposit the check to be sure that I was legitimate. Instead of cashing the check that had Bank of America on it. They charge 8.00 to cash. The Manager can't handle authority. He was totally against me. From the time he opened his mouth. To him and Craig my life was a joke to them. Laughing getting in a damn huddle like to talk like the Steelers. Don't erase or send a pretext respond either. People need to know what happened. I get home my phone rang just as I crossed the threshold. It was The District Manager calling about an incident report. I done nothing. Craig decides to tell the his side of the story in my absence. He told on himself to cover his behind. That was his guilt. He didn't want to help me at all. When I asked questions he was ignorant . He wouldn't help me with small things. It is a shame a black man should be subjected to this sort of behavior from a Manager and a teller. I kept my composure. Send me replies with an attorneys number immediately ! Part of the experience . I don't want to use the attorney I previously had. COMPANY'S ARE BUILT. THE BUILDING PROCESS CONSISTS OF MANY CONSUMERS NOT JUST A PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL OR KIND OF PERSON. ITS PEOPLE. WHY DID CRAIG CALL AND TELL HIS STORY TO STAFF ? THAT WAS VERY RARE AND WEIRD I THOUGHT. BANK OF AMERICA NEEDS SOME ADJUSTMENTS OF MINDS NOT TRANSFERS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. ITLL CONTINUE TO GO ON. REMEMBER GOD HERES THOSE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT US THAT WE DONT HEAR. HE PROMISES PROTECTION AND DIRECTION. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOUR FUTURE GUYS.

My father & I were both greeted immediately as we came in. We didn't have am appointment so they let us know it would be a 45min wait ir we could make an appointment and come back. While we were deciding on whether to make an appointment or come back we were helped out by a Mr.Frank Bacon. He ended up helping us with my dad's request. He was very patient & helpful with us. We appreciated his help, & my dad was satisfied.

I’m a Bank of America business customer and I came into this bank location because I called customer service and they told me I would need to come into a physical location in order to receive bank statements for an old business account I closed. My husband and I entered the bank without any greetings, actually eye contact was avoided by all employees including the branch manager. We make our way to the teller and told her what we were there for and she referred to the branch manager to tell him we needed (while in-front of us). He says “um, I don’t know why customer service would say that because we can’t give years and years of bank statements”. The whole time making sure he didn’t make eye contact still. We continued to ask if that meant the customer service gave us the wrong information and also how would he know if it was too many statements if he didn’t even check our account? He brushed us off and told us to sit in the waiting area and someone would get back to us “in 15 minutes or something”. Needless to say, we left. Horrible customer service!! So sad. He needs further training with his communication skills. We didn’t catch his name but today is 3/10/2023 and we just left at 11:55AM.

I visited this location on the date of 03.16.022 and I had the worst bank experience once again.It’s my second time to visit this location of BAO and second time was worst than the first time.I wanted to make a deposit to my own checking account but the person was so rude to me! I’m guessing she was still sleepy lol. I drove 20 min to visit another location where I treated as costumer.I will never ever visit this location of BAO again.

Worst bank ever . Never open, credit card machine is always down. Never gives you $100 only $20. What bank doesn't have $100 at 9 am. THIS ONE !!! Go to the TD bank next door.

I went into this bank to make a withdrawal today. Jonathon Torres, the assistant manager,refused my transaction. He did not check myID or my debit card. He simply said “he did not feel comfortable with my withdrawal of $3500. I’m guessing it’s because I am Black. I plan to file a complaint with the BOA customer service as well as the BBB. This seems to be a systemic issue with Bank of America. I prefer Chase for personal banking.

Worst bank ever . Never open, credit card machine is always down. Never gives you $100 only $20. What bank doesn't have $100 at 9 am. THIS ONE !!! Go to the TD bank next door.
