I usually come here and don't have an issue, but today I was racially profiled. I wanted to find a dress for an outing and went into the dressing room to try on two dresses and not even 5mins later an employee knocked on the door to check if I was stealing. Honestly that sucked and ruined the whole experience for me. Decided not to buy any dress. Bought something small and left. I never used their dressing rooms before but the one time I do, I'm seen as a thief. So I won't come back. What's the point of shopping for clothes if you can't try it on.

Shopping for clothes in there for awhile and could not even try them on. None of the fitting room doors opened. No staff around to help. Had to put the clothes back. Wasted time shopping for nothing.

This is the best place to visit.
The building has been cleaned up and reorganized and it's very bright and refreshing to be in all parts of the building.
There is a professional and phenomenal worker. Her name begins with a "KH". She was so friendly on my shopping trip being ready to answer a few questions on my search and offering a quick conversation that just added to her customer service.
This is what I look for in stores- merchandise, customer service, attention, organization, cleanliness and temperature... No one wants to shop if it's too hot or too cold.
This store has ALL OF THE POINTS!!!
I MOST CERTAINLY will be returning to look at others sections for I was on a time constraint but I recommend 10/10.
Furthermore, there was an excellent young gentleman with braids that checked me out ( I didn't see his name tag) and he was very attentive with great customer service as well. Please give both of these people a raise, recognition and praise because I know dealing with the public is not easy, but did these two to handle this job with such grace... I love it

No carts!! Literally about 6 carts for the entire store! I was squeezing my Christmas shopping in during a busy week. Shopped for about an hour as there wasn't much left to choose from. After managing to find several items for different people. Someone just took my cart while i wasn't looking. I walked the entire store looking for my items. Never found them and the store manager said they couldn't see where they were "dumped" on the camera. The person was wrong for taking my cart, but the store is 100% to blame. People shouldn't have to steal carts from each other to shop. Didnt buy anything after that ordeal. Ended up going to Ross in Jenkintown. Better selection and plenty of carts. Won't be going back to this store anytime soon.

This Burlington location is pretty nice. Bright and clean store. The selection was very good and everything is well organized and in its place.It has a nice kid’s section with plenty of good selection and nice brands.The store was not crowded and outside there is plenty of parking.
