My favorite spot in Philly area. Nicole is a very hard working business woman who works tirelessly to accommodate all her customers and make them feel great by the time they leave.

Was just ok! I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular nail tech, so I came here. My nails were ok but not up to the quality I am used to. I ended up paying more for less quality!

Clean, friendly, and quick! This business knows what they are doing. They were so friendly and willing to take me as a walk in. I walked in around 1:15ish and left around 2:20ish which is great! I got dip nails in lavender for engagement photos. The bathroom was clean, the people working on your nails are very sanitary and the place itself is organized and clean!!

I never write reviews but this place was awful. This was for my daughter’s prom. We made the appointment a month prior to going and when we got there, they took us 25 min after our appointment time. Which made my daughter late to her other appointments which were 2 hours later. The lady working on me hurt me so bad when cutting my cuticles that I had to make her stop. I don’t get nail polish when I get a manicure and I asked if she could buff my nails. she told me that was an extra $5.My daughter got tips and gel on her nails. Her nails were lopsided and so thick. Plus she couldn’t even get the manicure finished because of how late they took us. The place is dirty. My daughter understands the language and understood what they were saying about us. Never again would I go to this place.Services: Pedicure

Don’t wast your time. They only offer like two services which includes dip powder and gel polish. That’s it. They obviously cater to an older white audience. When I told the lady she messed up my nails she was screaming at me over the phone. I rescheduled to get them fixed anyway but all they did was waste my time when they insisted that I pay extra to fix what they did wrong once I arrived. If want your nails done properly just go and find yourself a professional nail tech.Service: Dip powder

This place is awful! They hover over you until you pay and tip them before the services are even over… not to mention they upcharge $18 for gel polish which is almost double every other salon in the area!!! The pedicures aren’t true pedicures just really them painting your toes for a whopping $60. FYI the “hot stones” included in the pedicure are COLD not even lukewarm. Avoid this place at all costs!!! There’s too many other good nail salons within a 1 mile radius nearby. Abington nails is 100% better service and price, they just so happened to be booked this day and we gave clover nail bar a shot. Never again!

I've been going to Clover on and off for years and you really can't beat it when it comes to price and customer service, both are excellent. My only issue was the seating they had for pedicures, it just wasn't very comfortable. I just went back and was pleasantly surprised to see they had new pedicure seats and they are fantastic.Service: Pedicure

Called this place for an appt and was told they "...only do powder dip.." what kind of nail salon only provides one type of service?? Now I know why it's empty.

I made an appointment for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. The place was jam packed, I was escorted to a pedicure chair and left there for several minutes while they tended to other customers. When I didn’t want to upgrade my pedicure to a more expensive one, they seemed annoyed, rushed through my service so much so that she cut my toe and pushed my cuticles too far back. My toes were in pain after the service an and I immediately had to go home to put Neosporin on. Further, everything was old and they didn’t sterilize any of the tools (I saw her pick up the tools that she’d just used on someone’s manicure and start using them on me). I was hoping this would become my regular spot but I will not be returning.

TLDR: Very unclear communication. Very high prices for gel, stickers, etc. compared to other salons. Tech kept using drill despite asking her not to. Bad vibe overall. Came in with 3 kids - they wanted gel polish change as a treat, as regular polish peels off in a day or two. I asked (repeatedly) for the nail tech to confirm the price for gel for kids, as the sign said $18 extra for gel for all manicures. She was a non-native English speaker, so she pointed 3X to the kid's polish price and kept asking their ages. Enter miscommunication ... Because I'd specified kids polish, and not manicure/pedicure...I foolishly assumed her pointing meant kid's polish WAS gel polish (which makes sense, since the drying time is instant and kids (at least mine) tend to pick at their nails). When I made the appointment, I asked if my acrylics could be soaked off, because at a previous salon the drill damaged my nails and cut my skin. I also asked for dip powder. When we arrived, I again stated this explicitly, and the tech said it would be an extra half hour to soak, and five dollars more - which I agreed to. After they took the kids back, I sat for about 15 min. when I approached the owner and asked if I could start soaking my nails since we knew it would take longer. She ignored me and 10 min later I asked another tech who listened. But as soon as my service started, the same tech whips out the drill. I explained (again) no drill, and she kept saying "just a little." I said NO. She walks away in a huff and says it's gonna take a long time. I said I understand, I can sit somewhere else so I'm not holding you up. (meanwhile literally no one is waiting). She ignores me. Comes back with the drill AGAIN. Meanwhile, another tech comes up and asks, "You sure about gel for the kids? $2 extra!" I said $2 was fine, please do the gel. Later, another worker brings me a slip and informs me it's $18 extra PER SERVICE for each girl just for the gel polish. This was after the feet were already done and they were about to start hands. They said the two dollars was ON TOP of that, because my youngest wanted a second color on one nail! I felt crazy since I thought we'd confirmed the price a bunch of times. Silly me. I told them to do plain polish on their hands, which we didn't even want because it's such a waste since it peels , but I'd also promised the kids I would treat them so I felt terrible. On to me. Finally, the old acrylic is off. She starts soaking my fingers in water and cleaning the cuticles. I look over I see gel polish bottles in the same colors I selected out of her book....FOR DIP. I reminded her my service was for dip, not for gel, and at that point she gets really huffy, and walks away to get the dip powder. Meanwhile it was now pretty obvious by tone and body language a couple are talking about us which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Never returning. Two stars instead of one because in fairness she did an ok job on the dip. If you go there, warning to clearly communicate and get verbal confirmation in return BEFORE they start your service.

Seems like service has declined. Pedicure was very rushed, lacked attention to detail. My old nailpolish wasn't even fully removed when she started putting the new polish on. Asking for the bare basics necessitated an upcharge. Not a great experience. On the positive side, they took me right away as a walk-in on a Friday

Over booked, felt rushed and very unkept.. I only went because of a gift certificate. They also didn't change the water or the liner when I sat in chair for my pedicure. Thank goodness I didn't put my feet in. Won't be back and do not recommend it here.Service: Pedicures
