The store was extremely busy, which I understand, but there’s room to improve the customer experience. I used the new pharmacy kiosk after confirming both my prescriptions were ready, yet only one showed up and I had to wait in another line to fix it.
More concerning, the tech who gave me and my husband our vaccines had visibly dirty gloves and didn’t change them between myself and my husband or the next patient he took after us. That’s not acceptable, especially during cold and flu season.

Had a vaccine appointment at 1:40. Got there and the pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2. Why would they let us make an appointment if they are closed? Asked the manager and was told there was nothing they could do we would have to wait. Their lunch was them standing in the pharmacy loudly cursing while talking about movies. Pathetic.

having a 24 pharmacy is the best. and CVS at 835 Old York Road supplies your prescriptions and needs all the time. They will even get something off the store shelves when you come through the drive through

Beyond incompetent, how many times do I literally have to walk into the pharmacy to get my precription? 4 times apparently at this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very convenient pharmacy. I was helped by one of the ladies that work there in the aisle very friendly and great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like after my check out the lady near door was starting at me and her interaction was akward. if a customer pays through self check out leave customer alone. It’s so annoying.
