The customer service is absolutely horrible recently!
The supervisor (Aniya) extremely disrespectful and unknowledgeable..it took her 3 times and almost 50 minutes to complete my transaction!
Many customers are complaining regarding this supervisor and now going to other cvs locations due to her!

I have to give a big shout out to the Pharmacy staff here at the Jenkintown CVS. Someone (I didn’t ask for her name, sorry) helped me out so much yesterday. Her kindness and her helpfulness did not go unnoticed. She helped me get my medication in a timely manner and told me how to proceed so I don’t run into roadblocks next month with my health insurance. I am so grateful for the hardworking Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff. Thank you!

If I could give a zero, I would. Was turned away from the pharmacy “minutes before their lunch break” but the customer before me was able to get in line,
to pick up medications which led me to believe “it was about race”. The pharmacy staff was does not care about the customers….needless to say I was racially profiled, the staff “tried to intimidate me”, and I know this for a FACT, because it was not quite the “cut off time as he initially stated”. I later spoke to the district manager, Ben who also did not seem too worried about my complaint, he just needed to “do his job and make a follow up call”. This is unacceptable and I will never return here for the pharmacy to say the least.

Long, slow lines at the cashier station. CVS employees followed me around in the cosmetic department as if I were going to shoplift something. The worst part...the cashier forgot to give me my bag of vitamins worth $50, so now I need to drive back there from Upper Dublin to retrieve my bag. What a waste of time!

I had difficulty having a Passport service accepting my photos. The staff at CVS bent over backwards to help me. They know what Customer service is all about.

A terrible experience EVERY time! If my insurance wasn’t stuck on CVS I would definitely switch back to rite aid! You bring in or doctor sent in a prescription and even if you wait days before pickup, it’s still is never ready & employees act like they’ve never seen the prescription that is right on the screen in front of them! Refills are worse. Lines always back up. They never call to update you on issues or status on meds! If my meds can’t be fill due to something, call the customer and let them know !!! You drive all the way up there and always end up leaving with half of what you’re supposed to receive ! Get your system in order.

Discrimination - suspected
I.am a Senior. An unpleasant experience today with your pharmacy. Unfortunately, I was met with dismissiveness, apathy, along with a rude attitude from your pharmacist, “Mike”. Although I have been blessed to look very much younger, I am 76. Ageism is a ‘real’ thing. This pharmacist, I felt, was discriminatory to me due to my age. He was dismissive of me. I was made to feel that I didn’t matter. Also, the majority of the time said pharmacist did not even make eye contact with me when speaking to me. It was a very Unpleasant experience. I have been a customer of CVS for decades. I would expect to be received with a much more respectful manner. I would hesitate to recommend CVS pharmacy.

Brianna went beyond my expectations to provide excellent customer service! I called the store looking for 3 specific products which were all in stock. Brianna offered to hold them at the front of the store for me, making my shopping experience a breeze! Thank you!!

I hate doctors but these ladies were great !! I felt so comfortable which was amazing considering the anxiety I gad in the car. I will definitely recommend this branch.

Always good customer service. Pharmacist are always willing to help you in anyway they can. Even in the wee hours of the night. They always answer your questions. God bless them!

Shopping here is a huge waste of time. Advertised sale items are never in stock Deals on my CVS app are never in stock. When I ask someone about this Im told to come back since the items I want are sold out.Who has the time to make repeat visits with no guarantees that the items that I want will be available.
Probably better off going to major supermarkets or ordering on line

CVS pharmacy new people have attitude, i was going to pay and i waited for a long time and nobody is next to me and they are 5 people on the the pharmacy taking their time and later on told me i should pay it in the front cashier, i used to pay it in the pharmacy counter because they have a long line at the front and later they told me to pay it at front, they could have told me early instead of waiting, and they are kind of rude.

I usually like this location because it’s clean and well organized and I usually find what’s im looking for. However, yesterday there was a guy chasing me around 4 or 5 pm with a nazi look , he stood in front of the door ( you can check your cameras) like preventing me from leaving. I felt bullied and disrespected. I’m clearly Hispanic. Not going there anymore.
