I went in for an allergic reaction I had to something I used and my doctor and nurse were great they both cared and they both really listened to me and I might add I was suppose to be seen at 10:20 I was seen an hour earlier than I was suppose too

I went here to get checked bc I was sick. The doctor had no clue what was wrong with me… lol went to another clinic and had meningitis !!!The doctor isn’t good at all doesn’t know anything!! Please don’t come here

835 Old York Rd Jenkintown. Went through the drive thru and a very unprofessional older lady with blonde hair named Joey comes to the window and says “What’s Up?” I give her the name & she brings me my script. I tell her I need to put in another prescription to which she tells me to call & she has a line of 10 people waiting. Before I could even respond, she abruptly closes the window on me and walks away. I literally had to drive around, park my car & go inside & stand in line. WHY???? When all this woman had to do was put my prescription in for me. It would have literally taken her 2 seconds. There was another man inside who became upset because she told him to sit down and wait while she she took another lady. The man explained that he was there first. This Joey person appears to be racist, she made me and the other man of color wait, while she happily waited on another person who was not of color. She even rang up extra items for this woman that were not pharmacy related even though she claimed she was so busy. The man in front of me told me she is very racist and he ended up just leaving. This woman Joey claimed she put in her 2 weeks notice. I hope this is true otherwise she needs to be fired. Terrible customer service and horrible attitude. Treat every customer with the same level of respect and consideration. Don’t pick & choose who you’ll treat fairly. Reading other reviews, it seems this woman has been giving terrible customer service for a while and CVS doesn’t care which is sad.

Went here for the minute climb and was told to come back in 2 hours even though there was noone else waiting. I thought this was a walk in place, but apparently you need an appointment. Disappointed!!

They don't answer their phone. I've been on hold for roughly 25 minutes. I'm on a few basic prescriptions which I get on a regular basis. I just called in to fill two, and a day later they are on hold with no explanation. This sort of BS happens several times a year. I had been trying their mail order system, but that doesn't work either.

The pharmacy takes long time to answer the calls , when asking for prescription delivery they say okay they will deliver it, I waited & didn’t get it , called again & started from the beginning.I wish everyone do his job in the right way & not just care to get you off the phone

I had the most amazing experience with a store employee in the cosmetics dept. today. She said "good afternoon" to me and when I looked at her I noticed how flawless her skin was and how nice her makeup looked. So I commented this to her, and she said she buys her products at CVS. I asked for recommendations and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. I left the store with some wonderful skin care products and makeup. Such a wonderful shopping experience!

The pharmacy takes long time to answer the calls , when asking for prescription delivery they say okay they will deliver it, I waited & didn’t get it , called again & started from the beginning.I wish everyone do his job in the right way & not just care to get you off the phone

Was at the pharmacy to pick up medication. I asked the cashier Miranda I believe was her name. I asked could she ring up a birthday card as well. I was told no, and that I needed to go up front. I was amazed and insulted. This is my pharmacy, and to be treated this way. I spoke with the manager of the pharmacy she stated would talk to her. I received an email with an offer to discuss in more detail !! I agreed, however no call came.

I first want to thank Joey the pharmacist for taking care of me. She is going above and beyond in doing her job. My problem is with CVS! I just picked up a prescription from this cvs. CVS has the pharmacist answering the phones, dealing with drop off, dealing with pick up , handling the drive thru and finally doing her JOB of filling prescriptions. Yes…. She was all alone. A highly educated female working the pharmacy with no tech or cashier.I’m sure the pharmacist didn’t sign up for this when they went 6 figures into debt to serve the community. CVS , MAYBE IF YOU PAID BETTER WAGES you would be able to find some help !The need for a union here is NOW!

My daughter had the flu, took her to the doctor and she got prescribed cough meds, that have been out of stock like everything else in this world. Figured I would still pick it up so if she gets sick again I will have the medicine, the doctor Joey ( who is a woman) was the rudest doctor I think I have ever dealt with, I'm not going to put my full story on here, but she needs to learn to speak to customers with respect!!! I have been using CVS for years, after this I am looking else where !!!
