I am saddened to write this review, but enough is enough.
I have been a patient for over 20 years at this office. Sad to say, it has fallen off dramatically. This office used to be known for consistency, caring, and quality. I can't say this anymore. I'm not sure if it's the nursing staff or just a lack of detail from the changing of different doctors. Until 2023, I'd NEVER missed an order from what a Doctor my have prescribed. Now, there have been several times that I haven't received my medication because of staff negligence. This doesn't help my situation, nor is it healthy.

Doctor Kress is the best!!! I love this man as my DR. Unfortunately I can't afford to keep seeing him after 35 years because he joined up with MDVIP. Now that might be good for him I understand , but for a stuggleing retired mailman , it just wasn't worth the money for me! I "m sad to lose Dr. Kress !!

Dr. Kress has been my physician for 30 years. He is kind, caring and thorough. He takes his time asking questions, and responding to my concerns. Over the years he and his staff have responded back to me in a timely manor.

I entered Dr. Kress' Concierge Practice on June 30, 2023. It was the best decision I have ever made! Unfortunately, I had multiple serious health issues this year. I never would have made it through without Dr. Kress' counsel and support. He has been exceptionally responsive and compassionate, helping me to navigate and coordinate numerous complicated and frustrating health issues. He has truly been my hero! Rita, his Executive Assistant, has also been extremely helpful! I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants professional and personalized medical care.

I have been with the Marc Kress practice for 25+ years (and my son went there as a teen). This is one of the few independent practices remaining that hasn't been gobbled up by a medical corporation. It shows in the uncompromised care I receive. The medical and office staff deal with the tremendous forces of insurance company interference in care and billing insanity as well as any reasonable person could expect.
I have received consistently excellent treatment from smart and caring practitioners. I've seen practice members come and go (as happens with any organization over time), but I've always received unrushed, attentive care. After several decades, Dr. Kress recently stepped back from the long hours of primary care to do a limited practice, but regular patients remain in good hands.

The staff is VERY unkind. Please DO NOT give your money to people who will mistreat you. The customer service is far from disappointing- it’s disgusting.
To detail my horrible experiences over the past 3 years would be too long. Therefore, in summation, I’ve received a misdiagnosis, experienced disregard for my medical concerns, been “accidentally” overcharged, and experienced disrespect on multiple occasions especially when requesting referrals.
The last straw was recently when one of the doctors prescribed me an antibiotic for a foot concern that I had. I expressed that I rather not take an antibiotic as I was breastfeeding my 3 month old baby, and the doctor told me to just “pump and dump.” I asked that a referral to a podiatrist still be made. The office completed the referral and the podiatrist addressed the minor concern with NO antibiotics or medication AT ALL (not because I was breastfeeding, but because medication was UNNECESSARY).
It doesn’t appear that the practice has taken into consideration the complaints and feedback they have received as they are still operating poorly. Consequently, if the practice isn’t even proactively working to improve their services, I wouldn’t advise spending your money here, and I wouldn’t advise placing your medical care and thus your LIFE in the hands of such a dishonorable practice.

Always takes time to listen and act upon issues completely and professionally. Great sense of humor.

Super frustrating doctor's office. My primary left this practice when they decided to go super expensive. They spent a few months robo-calling me with long messages about their new expensive health plans. Then they sent me a bill in the mail 9 months after treatment inlcuding $50 in charges for questionaires they gave me no option not to fill out.

Avoid this practice!!!!! I'm 46 and have been going there since I was 17. Ever since Dr Kess joined the Dr MVP program that practice has gone downhill. You get flip flopped back and forth between doctors and they keep making me make new appointments for my routine refills without any notice, so I'm left without my daily meds because I need an appointment when I was there a month prior. You wait over an hour just in the waiting room then you're put in the room to wait longer. Even telehealth you wait a long time. I've been prescribed my medicine from Dr Kress for years and now they make you jump through hoops to get it. Very disappointed in this practice and I will be going elsewhere.

I went to this “doctor” once over a year ago and had a poor experience, and it was a hassle to get the billing done right. I now can’t figure out how to stop them from trying to recruit me to a new service to be a patient, and I’ve attempted to block the number. They’ve also sent several letters to my house. It’s gotten out of hand.
