1 star maybe cause the guy here was nice with me the few times I went before, but the woman that I had to deal with this time was rude, totally unprofessional, overbearing with a nasty attitude. I had never been treated like she did in all my years living here in Philadelphia. I'm never coming back to this store and from now on I will stop sending my customers to this store every time they ask for the nearest Fedex and believe me, everyone I can tell about this, I will.

I went in for a passport photo, and watched as Jocelyn helped an entire store smoothly and efficiently and with pep and kindness! I've never seen someone multitask so while while still maintaining an upbeat attitude! I'll be making this my go-to FedEx just because of her!

Had the pleasure of working with Queen while I was returning a package. She was so attentive, friendly with everyone that came into the store, greeted them and made sure they were taken care of. Queen was also working with a blonde woman who's name I didn't get but she was also just as friendly and courteous

Terrible customer service. I went to pick up posters that I ordered and they were done incorrectly. When I told the associate that it wasn’t correct he proceeded to argue with me and said “I guess I don’t know what I’m doing then right?” The manager confirmed that they were done wrong and that the associate would fix them. When we went to pick them up the second time he dropped them on the counter in front of us said “here” and walked away. Never going back to this awful location.

Today I had to ship something that I was very mad about. The staff did not know this- they just happened to be so friendly- above and beyond in my opinion. They were very helpful- helped me save $10 on shipping. I left feeling much better. To have a great experience shopping during the holiday is a rare experience!!

They are fun, passionate about what they do and they do it with a smile! I've sent multiple packages, some already packaged and some that needed packaging, easy breezy for this crew. No problem at all.
It's a clean store with quick service and if you're there as frequently as I am, then Queen and Bren feel like family❣️❣️❣️
