I loved all the information given. My tour guide was very knowledgeable not only about the daycare but she knew the children personally. She waved at them and knew their names! All the kids looked well cared for and the team looked prepared. I also appreciated the Bonding Room. I never would have thought of that when looking at daycares!!

As first-time parents, we were very nervous about sending our son off to daycare, but we could not be happier with the Teachers, Staff, Environment, Communication and Care at the Lightbridge Academy of Glenside. We are so lucky to be a part of this Community :) Shout out to the Infant Classroom - Ms. Sharon, Ms. Candice, and Ms. Avee for getting us through those early months and always trying your best at naptime!

Love the center !
My son is loved and cared for , plus they include tons of extras in Tuition like pizza on Fridays, music and gym
They also handled an unprecedented situation with a nearby fire with ease , grateful for their support and communication during a stressful time

Our daughter has had such a great experience with Lightbridge! Teachers and staff are amazing! The facilities are clean and they are in constant communication with us about everything from daily updates of the kids, to general info. Would recommend them to anyone who has little ones!

Our experience with Lightbridge has been absolutely phenomenal! Both of our children, Zoe and Duncan, have thrived under their care. Ms. Leila and Mr. Mikal have been exceptional with Zoe, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that has helped her develop both socially and academically. Their dedication and warmth make dropping Zoe off in the morning a breeze.
For our son Duncan, Ms. Mel and Ms. Candace have been incredible caregivers. Their patience, creativity, and genuine love for what they do shine through in every interaction with Duncan. He always comes home happy and engaged.
We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and attention that Lightbridge's staff provides to our children. We couldn't ask for a better place for Zoe and Duncan to learn and grow. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive daycare environment!

My son has grown to like going to school at Lightbridge. The staff is so welcoming and warm making it easier for him to settle in when we drop him off in the morning. Communication is great and they use reliable technology to keep parents connected throughout the day. The classroom my son is in is big, bright and cheery which is one of the reasons we chose Lightbridge. The environment is great as are the teachers and staff. Very happy with our decision.

This school continues to surprise me! What a bright , happy , comfortable school I send my daughter to everyday! We actually increased from 3 to 5 days, because she loves it! The hallways and set ups this week are so impressive! Awesome to appreciate our teachers in such a fantastic way! I wil always recommend Lightbridge Academy!!

The line leader app allows me to quickly communicate with teachers and receive updates throughout the day, structured activities and any needed supplies. I love having access to cameras throughout the day. Admin sends weekly updates on the app as well to keep parents in the loop. Ms Candice is wonderful and my son loves her, he is her mini shadow. Ms. Sarah is great and my son loves seeing her at early drop off. Ms. Alanna, Mr. Mekhi and Ms. Nicole are also wonderful and communicate regularly as well.

My grandchildren have never been happier, I as a grandparent watch through cameras what the children are being taught. The curriculum does NOT depend on the teachers in classroom. I find all teachers teach in the manner they find their strengths in but again the curriculum remains same. You will learn this as your children grow. Lightbridge builds a strong, loving foundation. The owners, director and administration team is an added bonus!

Some things are wonderful about this place and others leave something to be desired. Many teachers are great and care a lot about the kids, and then a few not so much and do the minimum to get through the day. The classroom climate and curriculum is highly dependent on the teachers and can range from excellent to mediocre. There tends to be high teacher/staff turnover with the exception of a few. Administrators used to be amazing and made you feel like they really cared about you and your children, but following a recent change in staffing the current ones run this location with a strong business emphasis and demonstrate a low level of concern for the families. This place has lots of potential but the experience has been variable across our time coming here.

My son has been with this location since he was 9 months old, and he is about to start kindergarten. We were very nervous in those early pandemic days but they have been amazing through it all. Everything is always so clean, the teachers and staff are all amazing and you can tell they really care about the kids.

We love Lightbridge Academy of Glenside! Everyone has made us feel like family from the time we stepped foot in the door. All of the staff are dedicated to the children and their education. We wouldn’t want to send our children anywhere else!

I love the toddler room schedule! My son is constantly engaging with new material and new activities. He encorporation of the weekly themes paired with motor skills, academic content/vocabulary, and arts/creative play is terrific. My sons teachers from infant room Ms Sarah, Ms Sharon, and Ma Candice, and Ms Alanna in purple cats have been fantastic in implementing and creating learning opportunities. We see growth in him all the time. He is happy, learning about the world around him, socializing with adults and other children all in a safe and loving environment. As much as my husband and I love it, our son does more. Thank you!

I am so impressed by Lightbirdge Academy (Jenkintown location) and would absolutely recommend it to others. As a parent, I am so relived & grateful that my son looks forward to going to school everyday not only because he has a wonderdul time and loves his teachers & classmates, but mainly because he is so well cared for. The faculty, and administration as a whole, seem like they are so in tune with every child that attends LBA. Whether it is for morning drop-offs or afternoon pick-ups, we are always greeted with a hello, a smile, and a visit with Sheldon the turtle in the front office. Ms. Becca, Ms. Kathy and Ms. Jaquelyn have helped to create such a welcoming enviornment which does not go unappreciated or unnoticed. Lastly, I am very pleased with the curriculum, my son is constantly surprising me with what he has learned when he comes home from school. Thank you to Lightbridge Academy for letting this parent breathe a little easier during the work day knowing that her child is in such great hands.
