I’ve worked with three different physical therapist thus far and they’ve all been very knowledgeable, and take good care not to push you so hard that it causes further injury. The pace is steady and definitely gets results. The two Receptionist I’ve encountered, have been very friendly and kind. Appointment availability has been a breeze. Three weeks in and I’m already feeling stronger, they know what they’re doing. I really like coming to this place every week!

I mostly work with Matthew and Justin for my knee therapy. I have found all the staff at Nova Care in Jenkintown to knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I would recommend them to any and all that need physical therapy.

I am very satisfied with the care I am receiving at NovaCare in Jenkintown. All of the providers are attentive to my needs and communicate effectively and pleasantly. The facilities are well equipped and are bright and cheerful.

I went for physical therapy on an injured shoulder. Matt, Lauren and Justin were all extremely helpful by setting goals and going over every detail of what we were doing and why we were doing it. They treated my symptoms and my discomforts rather than the doctors analysis to make sure they were helping me directly in a way with 0 setbacks. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always there to help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive physical therapy experience. I hope I don't ever need physical therapy again but if I do, I will 100% go back to this staff.

Matt and Lauren are terrific. The atmosphere is very friendly, and I have seen all of us, patients and staff, have fun together as we all get our work done. If I have to do PT, this place is the "happiest" PT place I've ever seen. What a terrific culture

The PTs have been excellent (Matt, Slav, Jason), snd I would give a five star rating if it weren’t for their insurance processing. They refused to continue helping me because the insurance was rejecting claims. However, per my insurance co, Novacare was submitting incorrectly. They even contacted NC to explain the procedure. Unfortunately, I have now had to use another PT office to help me. I would have rather stayed with Novacare.

The warm welcome, was the beginning of not only treatment, but an inviting atmosphere the fact that Matt cared to ask my input along with the professional knowledge and expertise gives me as his patient confidence and security that I’m getting the best care, and it’s working very well. I’m very hopeful for a total recovery and most of all better understanding of how to protect my body and keep active. I’m very grateful for the whole team at Nova Care, they work as a team and get to patients in a timely manner and the dedication is apparent.Go Team Novacare Jenkintown!! They Rock !!I mostly appreciate the cleanliness. They make the challenge fun as well. I’m seeing major improvements in my body so I’m all in and I know my therapist is too!!Very reassuring

I was so pleased with my care at Nova Care Jenkingtown. Simon, my PT, gave my knee a more thorough exam than the doctor did.He welcomed questions and explained patiently. With their website my exercises were easy to find and follow. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!
