Had a fantastic experience working with Ken and Cathy at Saffren & Weinberg. I was very fortunate to find them and knew as soon as I met with them I was in good hands and would be well taken care of. They were warm and welcoming and put all my worries aside throughout the entire process. Expertise, accommodation, attentiveness, responsiveness etc. all 10/10. I hired Saffren Weinberg after severe water damage and mold exposure that later caused life-altering illnesses. While I trusted the firm early on, key decisions ultimately harmed my case. I was pressured to release a commercial insurance company — a critical party — under threat the firm would withdraw, and I complied without fully understanding the long-term impact.
Despite my worsening health, I was not referred to appropriate medical or environmental experts early, delaying documentation of how seriously and permanently I was affected. The case was filed years later, the trial attorney left, and I was eventually dismissed as a client.
I share this so others understand the importance of informed consent, timely action, and strong advocacy — especially when a client is ill.

They have no respect for me and my mom. They made me miss the date to appeal they told me I never called. I was told to make an appointment to speak to the lawyer about it and the other cases that I have. I still haven't gotten a call back. Once the lawyer told me and my mom this time we finally didn't have stupid question. I don't know if he noticed that you said it out loud I understand mom was calling the firm a lot she wasn't understanding what was happening it was her first time. But you don't say that to your clients I gave him case because I didn't want trigger any weird comments I tried to call less for my case. So basically their communication skill is terrible so if they feel like you don't know what's happening don't make this decision for you. I'm doing my best to be patient I'm pissed off. If you don't want my case let me go somewhere else it's been 3 years and I'm stuck in this stupid place because of them I should have gone somewhere else no type of respect
