I don't understand how this place can operate with only one person taking orders, making smoothies, and handling money? Thats not even logical or efficient. Literally the amount of time it took, why is there even a drive-thru?

Talk about bland, boring, and redundant.. and I am not talking about Lady Gaga's catalogue. No, I am talking about this ice shaving tasting smoothie. It's not even the quality of a diet smoothie I'm literally drinking ice with a scoop of whey. To say my taste buds are dissatisfied would be an understatement. Whoever made this, needs to undergo extensive smoothie making training.

Had my first drink here. Pretty good. But the customer service here is lackluster. As a new customer which I even explained she seemed to have an attitude like I should hurry with my selection after asking for a minute to browse the screen with an empty lot besides myself. Wasn’t friendly, more robotic, and treated me more with disdain unfortunately. Hopefully they get that straightened out.Parking: Very small and cramped parking lot.

The smoothie was way too sweet for me. I got a green smoothie and it had a weird taste and made me feel a little sick. I only had a few sips and threw the rest away. I tried an açaí bowl and it was okay - something about it didn’t work, but I would consider getting it again.My child got a kid’s fruit smoothie and liked it.My smoothie was so bad that I don’t plan on going back. I would consider the açaí bowl again, but I might just try it somewhere else.Also, they had no spoons. I don’t know if that was a one-time thing, but it was a little confusing when selling açaí bowls.Dietary restrictions: Easy to view on online/app menu

We went to the smoothie king just because we were driving past it and decided to stop for a healthier choice. I chose to get an açaí bowl which had strawberries in it, at the last minute the girl said there weren’t any strawberries which was not an issue so I chose another fruit. She then said they had no spoons or anything. That was Sunday past, today I went there and they had no bowls at all. So kinda weird to go two different occasions and they not have anything. Went to give them a second shot but still the same, wouldn’t go again. Also, they two girls that were working on Sunday looked like teens. They should have a manger or something overseeing operations. Very poorly managed place. I’m sure other stores might be better but this one isn’t great. The bowl I had Sunday was really good but I wouldn’t go again just because they didn’t have what I wanted on two different occasions.

This Smoothie King has almost been over a year. Unfortunately the service hasn't gotten better. I always have to get my drinks remade because they taste like ice water. Today I placed the order at 1:00 for pickup. I get there and the system was down. I was told I will receive a call about my refund. Still haven't received that. And the phone is down so when I call I can't get no one to answer. The Cottman avenue location has its issues, but it's way better than this one. As a big time Smoothie King fan, I'm disappointed and frustrating.

The girl behind the counter was extremely rude when I asked if it was possible to add protein in my açaí bowl. I saw her roll her eyes twice and she and the other girl working were laughing at me. When she gave me my order i asked for a bag and she rolled her eyes AGAIN as she and her friend laughed at me. EVERYTIME I go here I have a bad experience but this takes the cake. I work in customer service and don't think what I asked was out of line. I also made sure to be super kind to them to kill them with kindness! The girl who took my order was of Latin descent and the other girl was black with a head scarf. I went in Monday 1/8/24 at 4:45pm.

I ordered a modified smoothie thru the drive thru. When I approached the window to pay the young man asked me to reorder my smoothie. I did so and he assured me that they was going to make it. Shortly after la different young man approached the window and stated that they could make my smoothies. I was a bit confused why they took payment from me knowing they couldn’t make my drink. I asked for a refund There was NO Manager in the store to give the refund. I was told to come back Sunday mind you it’s Friday evening. Smh. They gave me the manager name and number. I called and she told me that she won’t be in and they don’t have to have a manager in stores. After I told her that was unacceptable she told me she would tell the cashier how to refund me. This was horrible

We drove all the way over specifically to redeem a coupon for a cherry drink, the lady at the speaker in a very rude and short way told us they’re out of cherries. We then asked if we could get something else and she ignored us and left us waiting for 4 minutes until asking if we wanted anything else, we repeated the question and then got another rude “No.” and that was it, we said thank you and drove off. There’s a reason this place is always empty, rude employees with no regard for customer service and overpriced smoothies

After some research, we were able to retrieve the picture taken by the courier and saw that it was left on the counter of this location. After going to retrieve the package we were informed that it was in the trunk of the managers car, and could we return the next day to pick it up. I did. And honestly, I knew what I was going to encounter. Somehow, it astonished me that someone would take a package that had the name, address and phone number that is apparently not their's, off the property and have it in their car. Especially the manager. Needless to say, tags were removed, receipt and info on it gone, and articles of clothing were either tried on or removed from initial packaging. This is still a crime last I checked, and even though I have talked my wife into not involving the police with it being the holiday season, I do think some training should be involved by ownership. Your employees should know that anything that does not have their name, address or contact info should not be taken off the property. All that had to be done was place a phone call and we would have came and picked it up. Or how about giving it back to the courier? Anything, other than taking it home and trying to get something for nothing, when people use their hard earned money.
