We have been dealing with this service department at this location for ... a decade. Robin always gives us VIP treatment ... she is one of the reasons we continue to buy Acuras.

I can honestly say Robin P., the service advisor at Acura of Abington (formerly Sussman Acura) is the most professional and knowledgeable service advisor I have ever dealt with. I purchased my car new at this dealer and will continue to get my car serviced here as long as Robin works in the service department.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Acura of Abington, and I feel compelled to share my overwhelmingly negative encounter with others.I went to the dealership on 12/5/23 and selected a certified MDX. I also paid an advance on it with my Credit Card. The Sales Agent (Charlie Blunt) asked me to come pick up on Sat 12/9. As suggested, I applied for acura finance on 12/7 and also added this Car to my auto insurance. On 12/9, I reached there with my wife and the process started. My finance application got approved but I was still kept waiting. After 2 hours of wait, the Sales Chip Zawoiski came and told me they have to check the car again and some systems were down due to which they are not able to assign me as the owner. Very confusing reason. Charlie gave me another reason. I was told that they will fix the issue and come back on Monday and get the car. I was upset but understood that sometimes things can go wrong. Come Monday, I tried calling Charlie (on his direct cell phone), to my surprise he never took my call. I called the dealership at least 10 times that day but could not speak with Charlie. I somehow was able to get in touch with Andy (GM) and he promised to call me back with status by EOD, Monday. No response. Same thing all day Tuesday. Finally, Tuesday evening Charlie told me that the dealership won't honor my purchase and they want to increase the price of the Car. OMG, I cannot explain how I felt. This is very shameful and unprofessional on part of Acura of Abington. I did not have a car so I had to rent the Car and am still searching for another car. This has put me behind financially and emotionally. Please do not go to this dealership. I will also reach out to Acura Corporate and put up my complaint.I am also reaching out to some lawyers to see if they have a Civil liability. If anyone has any experience please share.

Steve and a technician, whose name I did not know unfortunately, helped me re-installed a new set of wheel locks. Thank both of you.

I had an excellent experience at Acura of Abington. I actually came into purchase a 2017 Honda CRV that was on their lot. During that time I had the pleasure of meeting a saleswoman by name of Anu Koorapati. She was very personable and informative. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me of the next steps I would be taking. I felt secure which, caused me to not feel taken or swindled. Anu did her best to accommodate me. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and you can already imagine how busy she was. Anu didn't let that stop her, she entertained my daughter while still handling business with me. On the day of purchase things were a little backed up but she reassured me that things will come along. She sat with me the whole time and even sat in the car with me to show me different features. All I can say is Anu was beyond amazing and shoot I may just come back and get an Acura. Yes that's how good she is! There were even more excellent staff. She was accompanied by the sales manager Chip. He took care of the financial part of things. Some errors occurred in which my down payment price went up. I told Chip what I actually had to put down and believe or not he got me approved with the amount that I had. He actually went through paperwork with me and explained any details I was unclear of. No one rushed me. No one made me feel uncomfortable or swindled. The staff is truly the best! I appreciate that experience.

Don't like leaving just bad reviews, but when no one on a car lot says hello to you excuse me save the lot car runner who was a nice young guy said whatever you want me to pull out once you speak to someone let me know. Problem is guess no one spoke to me. I can assume their reasoning but won't do that, maybe they were in holiday mode, but everyone was at their desk I did a lap to see if someone would at minimum check if I needed help... But no, given I'm in sales myself the lack of service really infuriated, but given the other reviews maybe the lack of service was for the best, because I came to buy an Acura that day. Must not have been meant to be.

Went here with every intention of purchasing a 2024 car. Was met with the rudest and most dismissive salesman ever, Howard. He literally was the sole reason I did not purchase from this Acura.

I leased a car in June and 5 months later I still do not have a registration. In September we were told that my license plate was registered to someone else and they gave me a new plate and pink slip. After not getting my registration and the temporary tag on my car expired I called and was told that my registration was rejected as another Acura had the same VIN number as mine. Acura did nothing for 5 months and did not even notify me . If I get pulled over right now my car would be registered to someone else in Florida and I look like a thief. I have made dozens of phone calls and visits to the dealer. They have promised me a resolution and have never even called me back. Their solution is they will pay my tickets!!!! Is that unreal? They sold me a car that is basically illegal . I asked to trade the car and they said that is not possible. Pennsylvania won't extend my registration because of the VIN issue. Acura never reached out to Florida until I asked why. It seems highly unlikely that the Florida DOT didn't match the VIN to the car they registered as their is a national database. The employees rarely call back when promising too. I spoke to the GM yesterday and after 5 calls to ensure he followed up he promised to call me today by lunch time. He didn't. The excuses I have heard and the lack of follow up on top of not handling the issue for 5 months is astounding. Can you imagine having to pay for a car that you are driving illegally? They think it could take months. Am I supposed to be ok with that? I should just not worry? They will take care of any tickets? Ummmm what....... Time to get a lawyer. Do not ever buy a car here......
