I visited the Jenkintown store to ship two packages. Monica assisted me with shipping them. She gave me the cost and estimated shipping for Christmas. She was very nice and provided excellent customer service!

I came upon this place by mistake and it's the best mistake I've made. A few days ago, I mislabeled a package and an employee drove it back to my workplace themselves to deliver it to me. I really appreciate it because I was on a timeline. Thank you Postal Factory! You've gained a regular!!

I call this The Grandma Store. They have a small collection of educational, fun, unique gifts for kids of all ages. It's awesome to shop locally and get such great stuff, then have my choice of shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Excellent customer service, and just a few awesome gifts for Grandmas to give.
