Went to this branch to get information about business accounts. Waited for one of the many people working to greet/direct me to appropriate person. I approached an available teller, and met with nasty attitude. She proceeds to then ignore my question. No thank you

Staff was nice but parking is a nightmareFirst off the drive way needs to be one way it’s way too small for 2 lanes and there’s only 6 spots! So everyone parks everywhere and the staff does nothing

The customer service is AWESOME....so very happy they are still doing share branching transactions as well; gives you the ability to process everything for all accounts in one place(don't have to tote $$ from one place to another)!!

I've been to this Bank on five occasions and four times when they were supposed to be open they were closed.. Annoyed does not begin to express how I feel???????

Let me tell you Amber Gorman got me to open a business account with TruMark Financial Credit Union after a bad experience with Wells Fargo i was talking to Amber she was so kind honest her passion for TruMark was so touching as I myself do finance her honesty and as a man as a veteran she had me at hello she had me at hello.Amber went over all my options had great suggestions I don't know what TruMark academy she came from but I will refer all of my clients to switch to Trumark Financial.Amber really treats you like you were doing business with her for 20 years honest full of knowledge had me in and out in less than 30 minutes due to me asking alot of questions she deserves a raise and recommendation for her Valor and honor she has representing TruMark.....THANK YOU Amber

I came in to talk to someone personally thinking that an issue I was had would get resolved but was treated was such disrespect from one individual. They need to teach individuals you shouldn't judge a person by its cover!
