The young gentlemen behind the counter are always so patient, helpful and friendly. It's refreshing to see the younger generation not on their phones while they attend to customers. Very fast and clean store.

I should have gotten the manager's name at UPS today. He said he was one of the managers. I went there at around 4:00 p.m. today, July 18th and was SO happy with the help and service I received. I had to get about 10 or so legal documents scanned and put into a PDF folder for an attorney. I was working with mostly saved photos of the documents so , at first, it didn't look like it was going to work out so well. However, the UPS mgr. figured out how to make it work, printing in color first, enlarging, scanning and then into the PDF. Great job !! They all look like they were scanned from original docs. Amazing! Thank you again!

Never answer the phone. I dropped off a package and it went missing and I cant get any help from the store or 800 number. They also show up late to open the store. HORRIBLE

They are supposed to be open at 9. Employee showed up at 9:02. They should be there at least 10 mins early to be ready for customers at 9. You don't show up at 9 when the business opens at 9 and then make everyone wait. I wouldn't care if they were late if they didn't STEAL MY PACKAGE. DROPPED IT OFF AND IT WAS NEVER SCANNED IN AND NOW ITS GONE AND I HAVE NO PROOF AND IM OUT $500

I drove 15 miles out of my way to come to this particular ups store because of the amazing customer service. Jonathan is outstanding along with Ken and Ken . They always guide you in the right direction with genuine customer service care .

The most reason given that rating is because they are always reliable and convenient for my shipping needs. I always be there around 5:30-5:50 for dropping off packages and they leave the same day on time as they say to me.
