these people suck f***ing b*lls. they can't call back, they don't leave messages, they send you links for a 12pm telehealth appointment 38 minutes after the scheduled appointment. they don't listen to a word you say and wait for their chance to speak, then they tell you 1 part of the issue you had back to you and act like all the other information was new. they can't keep a single doctor restrained past weeks. they can't apologize, they can only shift blame onto you through whatever mental effing gymnastics they qualified for as a teenager. it's a game to them. they don't give a lump of cold, hard, compressed shit about you.

Absolutely horrible you spend all day on the phone trying to call get hung up on 50 times get no phone call back and when you do they don't allow you to talk to your dr and 90% of them don't know anything and they're very judgemental about their patients and they don't do anything for you at all!!!! I spent 2 days trying to call to talk to my dr for 2 minutes I want to talk to my dr not a receptionist not a nurse not someone I don't see no I want to talk to my dr and they tell you no and hang up on you! If I could afford I'd go somewhere else that's the best advice go somewhere else!!!!

I've been a patient at this clinic for years now and after the last two experiences i'm done. The first incident they gave me medication that led to an afib attack and a mini stroke. I was in the hospital for 3 days. The second incident was in behavioral health. They decided to remove my medication for adhd and bipolar Knowing very well, what that would do to me. Now i'm laying in bed sick and I can't go to work. I have tried to get in touch with the doctor and he still hasn't called me back. I generally believe this place does not care about it's patients. There were more incidents but I only listed the two recent ones because they were the worst Out of all of them. I didn't want to write this review but wanted to alert the general public of what kind of nonsense goes on here.

Hi, I've been going to the Wright Center dental clinic in Jermyn for years and have decided to no longer go there. I had a dark spot on my tooth (#18) and scheduled a consultation to determine if it was a cavity or staining. I was told that I needed a root canal but my dentist unfortunately was leaving the Wright Center May thirty-first and wouldn't have the time to be able to fit me in to do the procedure. I was told that during my six month cleaning, scheduled during late May, that I would see Dr. Rebar for his opinion on the state of my tooth and go from there, in the meantime they prescribed me antibiotics to reduce the risk of an “infection.”
Dr. Rebar told me I definitely needed a root canal, which wouldn't be covered by insurance so I decided that if I had to pay out of pocket that I would go elsewhere since I wasn't familiar with Dr. Rebar's work, despite the Wright Center continuously encouraging me to get it done quickly at their organization. I went to a dentist whom a family friend recommended in Olyphant for a consultation and he told me, after doing an x-ray, a pulpal sensibility test, and percussion tapping that he did not believe I needed a root canal. Since he disagreed with the two opinions of the dentists at the Wright Center, he referred me to an endodontist in Scranton.
The endodontist in Scranton told me there was nothing wrong with my tooth (#18) and that all of my teeth were in good condition. He confirmed that the spot on my tooth was due to staining, and did not understand how the Wright Center came to their diagnosis. As a specialist, he was able to give me an accurate diagnosis of my teeth and was deeply concerned that the Wright Center wanted to do a root canal on a completely healthy tooth, especially concerning how they prescribed me unnecessary medication, how expensive the procedure is and how young I am.
I called the Wright Center to voice my concerns and the receptionist and supervisor were both disrespectful during my phone call. They both belittled me and insisted that I still needed a root canal and that both the dentist in Olyphant and the endodontist in Scranton were wrong, despite the endodontist specializing in root canals. I am beyond glad that I spent the extra money gathering two second opinions instead of believing the Wright Center and letting them touch my teeth. I would be very cautious about receiving care from this organization, and if something doesn't seem quite right, and you can afford it, please consider getting a second opinion- don’t let them risk your health, it isn't worth the emotional and physical distress.

This place is ridiculous to say the least. It takes them forever to call back, if they even do call back. You cannot call there directly. You have to call a “call center”, wait for the stupid messages and prompts to be over, then wait for someone to answer. When and if you get a call back, sometimes they’re nice and sometimes not. It takes forever for them to call in scripts. They have gotten them wrong or just never called one in at all. Most of the time I have to take my 76 year old mother there, because “she has to be seen” even though she was just there days to weeks ago! She was there at LEAST 6 times last year and 2-3 times this year already! Then you have to wait in the waitIng room for up to 45 minutes, see a nurse, then see a student ( who does a top to bottom assessment and comes up with new things due to inexperience) and this takes up to an hour, then you’re not done still! You have to wait again, 30 minutes or longer, for the actual doctor and since he has to explain everything to the student, it takes forever again! Plus the students and doctor usually mess up my Mom’s medicine when they put it in the computer or call it in! My mother is 76, she should have to see a student if she doesn’t want to. After all, she was coming here long before this place had students! It’s all tiresome and frustrating for us both. When you walk out the doors, you feel like you just regained your freedom! We both dread going there but they aren’t any good doctors accepting new patients in the area ( trust me I’ve been looking!) They say they’ll fix the problems but NEVER do! I also don’t get the feeling these people even give a care about my Mom! I hate this place truly!

I really dislike coming here. Hate the Wright Centers call center. Go through 4 minutes of nonsense to finally get it to start waiting for an actual person. Then you have to wait for the call center to give the Wright Center your message and then wait for them to call you back... and hope they don't call from a spam number. Then when you actually get here, it doesn't matter if you show up early or on time, you won't get seen at your appointment time anyway. Usually waiting in the lobby for 15-45 minutes. Then you get seen by a nurse for 3 minutes then you wait another 30 minutes for your doctor to come in and talk. And the cherry on top, they don't seem to take my concerns seriously. "My kid has been sick nonstop for 6 months." Their response... "oh it's good for their immune system." Like what?

They Can never call my scripts in I have to call several times before I get a call back , im not over due for an appointment, non of my scripts are controlled substances. It’s blood pressure and anxiety medication, and I have to wait almost every time to have them do it. I have been assured by the Dr. that they do not want that to happen, but it still does. Once again I am waiting since Friday to get a call back. It’s Wednesday. I would like to thank who ever is responsible for causing my blood pressure to rise and my anxiety to screw with me. Your system and the people working it need adjusting for this to continue to happen. It’s been an issue for yrs. I’m done.

PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE KIDS YOU TAKE TO THE WRIGHT CENTER IN JERMYN!
So hi everyone, for those of you who know me know that I recently had my first son, Hayden in October and he’s knocking on 4 months soon. My son’s pediatrician was at The Wright Center in Jermyn since that’s where my PCP is as well. Well, since my son’s birth, I have had nothing but the worst of issues with this office.
1.) Hayden was switched from Similac Advanced to Similac Alimentum because he was becoming constipated.
2.) Ever since his formula switch, he constantly was spitting up and throwing up at least an ounce each feeding which kept him hungry. His pediatrician suggested that we burp him after each ounce he drinks and sit him up for 30 minutes after he’s done so it helps his reflux.
3.) December 7, 2023 Alex Olsen and I took him to the Wright Center for a 4th time that week because he was showing signs of congestion, coughing, sneezing, and sleeping a lot more, and wasn’t wasting as much.
4.) the 3 doctors that looked at my son before he saw the 4th doctor all said he was fine and that his congestion was normal. The 4th doctor, Dr.Bryan, was the ONLY one to save my child’s mouth to see if he was sick with Covid, the flu, AND RSV.
5.) my son came back positive for RSV and two days later we ended up in cmc because his breathing worse. CMC gave me a script for a nebulizer and gave Hayden a steroid shot to help him fight off.
So, that was all within last year. Alex and I took Hayden to the doctor the other day because we made the decision that Hayden’s formula needed to be switched because not only was he still spitting up, but now he has eczema all over his body.
We went to The Wright Center where we had to explain to three different doctors who ARE NOT my son’s pediatrician that we were getting his formula switched. The pediatrician finally came in and it was anything but a nice appointment.
DR.MANJOU THOMAS does NOT care about first time parents. She talks over Alex and I the entire time and belittled us. She tried to tell me that Hayden’s eczema had gotten better since the last time she saw him, EVEN THOUGH IT SPREAD TO HIS BACK! I didn’t back down though and told her I wanted his formula switched. She gave us THE HARDEST TIME ABOUT IT. She insisted throughout the whole appointment that Alex and I were just being paranoid first time parents and that my sons in perfect health. Then she also went to say that if we were to switch his formula this time, she WOULD NOT switch it again.
I have never felt so small and disrespected in my life by someone. Yes, I am a first time mom and I’m paranoid, but I KNOW MY KID, SHE DOESNT! Alex and I ended up reporting her to a supervisor and I hope something is done about it, but I won’t be taking Hayden back there. I’m so beyond disappointed with today’s doctors. I was belittled and laughed at like I was just some idiot who doesn’t know anything about babies. I hope no parent has to go through what I did. I’m just so upset and fed up.
Yes we got Hayden’s formula switched and he’s doing 10000% better.
