I have always had great service at CA Barlock’s! the staff is great and very knowledgeable! As a young woman Charlotte, Gavin and Gina make me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I would highly recommend C.A. Barlock sales to any VW owners!

My fiancé and I have been using Barlock’s religiously for over a decade. Charlotte and Gina, and Gavin have always been so kind and helpful. If they are able to go the extra mile to help you, they will; and their prices are always reasonable. Also, I love that it’s owned and operated by mostly women (who are experienced, educated, and respected in the community) because a lot of mechanics and shops try to take advantage of the preconceived notion that women know nothing about cars. So, as a woman, I really appreciate the fact that I can go there and know I will be respected and well taken care of.

If you're a woman, don't bother. They barely even acknowledged that I was in the room and instead talked over me and had my husband answer all the questions about my car.

Charlotte is so knowledgeable. They explained everything my VW was going through. Staff, Gina, Charlotte's son were all so friendly. I trust these folks. Customer for life!!!!!

The only shop I will be taking my TDI to from here on out! Charlotte and her staff are beyond helpful and nice. After a terrible, nearly 2-year long experience with the VW dealership, they were able to correctly diagnose the issue and get my car back up and running. Barlocks saved me a bunch of headache, time, and money. Highly recommend!

I can't think of anyone else I know that I'd trust more with our vehicles. Charlotte puts expertise and integrity above all else, just like Buster did before her. My family has done business with Barlock for decades, if there more than 5 stars I'd give them!

I went in to them with a volkswagen golf I was looking to buy from a dealership and they ended up saving me time and MONEY. They were polite, reassuring, and overall kind about the entire situation. Got me in and out in less than 20 minutes as well. Overall, an incredible experience: I will be returning for all my service needs if I make a volkswagen purchase!
P.S./plus: their kitty is sweet :)
