Another stopped at the Mansfield Location for the Fresh Salmon on special and found it amazing, with great flavor and clearly fresher than chain stores. The staff is always extremely welcoming and a wealth of knowledge on meat cuts and preparation. Customer service is top notch and always trying to get you what you need. The best quality for the $$ of any place in the area. A customer made the best French dip sandwiches with a nice chuck roast, and also loves the meat sticks, bologna and smoked cheese.
