Put my mail In the wrong mail box and didn’t bother to let us know about it and we still get mail from other people that don’t live there anymore.

I mail about 30 - 50 packages a day and can say this is the best post office in north central PA. The staff is courteous and helpful with any issues you may have.
The post office in Avis used to be good until they hired a new worker who mocks people under her breath and tosses packages, and the one in Williamsport has always had a problem with the condescending woman who always has an issue with her customer service skills.
Save yourself the misery of going to Avis or Williamsport and just use the post office in Jersey Shore, you won't be sorry.

Very disappointed with USPS mail delivery here. We frequently find delivery notes in our mailbox. But when we go to the post office to retrieve, we were told that the package had not yet been delivered to the post office yet. This makes no sense to us. Very frustrating and confusing! When offered alternative delivery options, we go with FedEx or UPS.... These services seem much more interested in actually delivering items, and with much less bureaucracy / paperwork.

The people who work here are always very friendly. Plus, I love the fact that they have patriotic stamps.

I'm sick of my packages being shoved into my mailbox!! Shoving large packages in mailboxes causes damage to products, who is paying for damaged goods???? If it is large sit it on my porch!!!!

Can’t seem to ever deliver my packages and half the time when they do it’s not done thoughtfully. They’re usually left on my front porch in the pouring rain, and I’ve had lots of products ruined because of this… sometimes they’re thrown in my garage (why can’t stuff be put in there when it’s raining?), sometimes it’s on my back porch which is fine, sometimes it doesn’t even end up at my house, it ends up at a whole different house and I end up never able to find it and have to reorder things.. crazy.

cant seem to ever get me my mail, lies and said they tried to deliver things even though I'm home and waiting no one ever knocks or shows up. even with things that don't require a signature just has to place it in the mailbox, can't even seem to find said mailbox, or attempts to do so.

The post office received a package of mine because my mailbox wasn't set up. And I got an email notification saying they had my package. I went to pick it up and they had already sent my mail back to the seller less than 12 hours after they got it. And then proceeded to tell me that they don't send email notifications and didn't have any mail for my address and that they hadn't had any. Yet, I have an email from their post office stating my package was being held there.

Really easy to pass if you don't know what to look for. This USPS is on the main street that runs through Jersey Shore. There is some aelf service but the lobby is not 24 hours. Passport photos are available but only by appointment. Greeting cards are sold here but no post cards. A few parking spots are off to the side of the building with a 5 minute limit on parking. Minimal wait time for 2 days before Christmas

Each time I enter the post office I am welcomed! The torque on the door is a bit harsh so often I will assist those who may have handicaps yet it is assessable. If you are a philatelic enthusiast or simply in need of postal service the staff is informed and ready to assist. I have great respect for the postmaster and carriers as they have earned by showing care and keep the public informed on mail pending while still remaining positive. Convenient on site parking, off main artery of the town. I am pleased to say a post office can feel like a positive atmosphere due to the high stands of customer service!
