Roof was in need of repair, although we were unaware how much. Using a drone, they showed us where the areas of rot existed. Workers were quick, efficient, and friendly. Cleaning up during and after job completion. Everyone was polite. Management took our concerns to heart and protected previous work.It rained hard for hours the day after completion of this project. No drips or leaking. Most of all, the cost was fair and competitive.Glad it's over, and done to our satisfaction.Jim and Miriam McDermott

Several months back, I had a small leak in the roof, called Rob, he sent out Eric to assess the situation. Eric was quickly able to identify the area in need of repair. He got it scheduled and did the repair in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable as well. A few months later during a nasty storm the wind pulled the fascia near the roof peak off. Once again I called Rob, he sent Eric to the rescue and reattached the fascia. Overall great experience, would definitely use them again in the future.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We had a remarkable experience with Eastern Residential Solutions. Our first meeting was with a company representative John Williams. He did a complete inspection of our roof and afterward sat down with us to discuss the fees and answer any questions that we may have. The crew worked quickly and completed the job in 2 days They left the job site as clean or cleaner than they found it. We couldn’t be more pleased with our roof installation experience. The customer service provided by Eastern is second to none. From the first day you call for services until the day your project is completed you will feel like you are their only customer . Their project managers have no problem helping you navigate through insurance claims and ensuring you are getting a fair deal from your insurance company . They do not have to do this as they are getting paid the same amount regardless of insurance payment but their mission is to ensure the customer receives the reimbursement deserved. Our roof was complete in one day . The workers were wonderful on every level from expertise , to respect , and most noticeable even from afar is their hard working nature . Eastern’s standard warranty speaks to the quality of their work. Their warranty is so comprehensive that they would be out of business if their work was anything less than perfect. Thank you Eastern for giving is piece of mind and a beautiful roof ❤️

I am extremely happy with Rob and the team at Eastern Roofing for their help in the middle of a storm that damaged the roof of my home. After that they made arrangements to replace the entire roof of my home and the job was done in a professional manner and all of the workers did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to others if they needed a new roof.

Excellent job done very quickly. From the salesman/job estimator down to the roofers and clean up crews, everyone did a great job. We were well informed as to what was going on, even when dealing with weather delays. Very responsive to concerns/feedback and all matters were handled quickly and professionally.
