    Well....In New York City, Jersey, or Baltimore it would have cost you at least $500 bucks to get your car released...You should have read the No Parking signs that were posted, or paid $12.00 to park in the county parking lot.. That is public, but you got to spring $12.00 to park there all day, but you chose to not read... read full comment
