Although this was a very nice store, amazing selection of crystals and gemstones, I am not familiar with all of their meanings , so I had asked the woman in the store a question of which one was healing, positivity. She explained they all are, and she insisted I keep explaining so I said for health… she was so rude, and had such an attitude, telling me how people come in there looking for gems for people with cancer..against all her beliefs, how spiritual she is, I’m very spiritual also That’s why I was in her store.. so I tried to explain it’s nothing like that, She didn’t wanna hear anything else, she blew out, sat down and looked at her phone. Well, I wasn’t looking for a cure!!! Just to help a friend feel better about themselves! So thank you, I won’t be back!! I found what I was looking for in another store.

Such an amazing amount of crystals to look through. It was hard to choose! The man behind the counter was very kind as well. Definitely will return there every time I visit Jim Thorpe!

Beware, they follow crystal hours and not their posted hours. I stopped by at noon on a day they supposedly opened at 10am, only to find the shop locked up. Their loss! A nearby shop owner told me that this happens a lot.

The store had a lot of cool items the quality is questionable as I just bought a ring Sunday, wore it a couple hours took it off for sleeping and showering wore it the second time ever today for 30 minutes and I wave my hand and the gem flew away. I bought this indoors in a case for $24 and definitely feel ripped off.

This was a great find. A hidden gem. Very large selection packed in a small store. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. Ended up buying a small rose quartz egg for Easter! ? Purchased a new bracelet also. Will check in again when next in Jim Thorpe.

Pretty good option for getting some gems, stones, and spiritual items. The shopkeeper was sweet, and everything was pretty reasonably priced. The shop is incredibly small and cluttered, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to be in there for a long period of time especially with other customers, but as long as you're okay with being close to other people- you're all good. I can see this being a good spot to return to!

Generally good, great selection. They have interesting displays and a wide variety of items. They have items from crystals to skeleton keys to fun cheap little items that would be perfect for gifts for kids.Unfortunately they do sell heat treated amethyst and citrine which is misleading to the customer. Hence why I had to take a star off.

To keep with the kitschy name of the shop, I'm gonna say this place is a pure GEM. Not stuffy or pretentious as some crystal shops this tiny beaut is not to be missed when perusing the quaint town of Jim Thorpe. NOT to be confused with the "gem shop" on the main drag. Gem Thorpe is just a block past Muggles and on Race street that actually looks like a tiny alley. I was welcome to survey the multitudes of sparkly specimens without pressure. No hawking cameras, no shop keep up your back just pure positive energy and good vibes here! No doubt I missed a lot on my first visit as there are so many gemstones, crystals and jewelry items to see. As the weather is warming I know my day drives will lead me back to the mountains and inevitably back to Gem Thorpe.

Fantastic selection of crystals, some in very fun shapes that you don’t see everyday! ?There was an amazing selection of jewelry in every price range.It seems like they always have one sale or another going on.Annika was so sweet and helpful.It’s a good thing I don’t live close or I’d be there way too often ?
