Please read and respond, if you truly care about customer service. I had a concerning experience trying to get a tax return document. It took 5 calls, 1 visit and then another call, no call back, then I called again. Please train you people better, if you do not want your agents or they cannot access informaton, make sure they know how to access a situation. My accountant even called, the routing # is not a federal ID# and it is not confidential. A simple copy of a statement or 1099 should not be difficult. One associate even asked if I was lookinf for a 1099A, what an insult. I had loved this bank but this is a concerning experience.

been with this bank for about 27 years! almost 30 years! seen many changes! some good? some not good! delt with James samelko VP regarding my concerns of changes to the new debit cards which would cause issues! and a great inconvenience i asked for the number of the new company they hired so i can address my concerns being i was getting the run around for days! going into weeks gave me the run around! dead end after dead end after dead end! finally obtained the company number of the company they hired! so then he not only advised me of closing the account i was having problems with! but another account as well! that i had no issues with! then told me if i contact the department one more time he would close my accounts early!! and in addition had a serious attitude! especially when i went over his head! major attitude! along with a string of other things!! i wont mention! his track record is not the greatest! bouncing from bank to bank to bank to bank! he has only been with them for less than two years! i have been with them alomst 30 years! i seen alot more and know alot more of what is going on! then his attitude! giving me the run around! and then telling me he would close my accounts early pretty much saying he would temporarly shut my business down where i would not be able to accept checks or credit cards temporarly! not professional on so many levels! i sent countless clients over the years to them!! i did realize they always respond to good Reviews. but never respond to bad/nagative Reviews! that would be the most important! and show concern on how they can help /correct any negativity! (example ! sorry for you being unhappy with this or that? please call us so we can address your concerns ) after looking you wont see that on there Reviews! just shows they are not concerned with the unsatisfied clients! if James just gave me the number of the company to begin with and not the run around and not the power trip or attitude we would have been moving foward! i have been in business for 40 years! i always listen to feed back from clients to make my company thrive! not James! no wonder why he bounces from bank to bank!

What a great team of people the Hometown branch has to offer our community!They pulled together and went that extra mile to meet our financial needs. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful and made our interaction effortless.I have known for many years what a solid community bank MCT is, but now I have experienced it first hand myself.

I lost $40 in their ATM machine. I only got $20 back.The bank was very negligent and did not follow up with me about retrieving the other $20. I am very disappointed in this bank.

This month I did my first transaction with MCT, we signed a home equity loan with them! OMG talk about a no pressure community oriented bank.It was a slow day, we got the full tour and met everyone. Marty the Marketing Manager and I have a common love, all things historic NASA, showed me a plaque on his office wall.My wife and I asked a lot of tough questions during the closing; we’ve done these deals with corporate banks. The team did pause a couple of times to make sure that we were completely on the same page with the answers.After we closed the deal. The branch manager, Ann Richards highly recommended some places in town, like coffee shops; giving us detailed areas to visit.It was a mid week wet raw rainy day in late winter, so we explored the downtown area and could afford to talk to business owners that we were in town for the first time and we were starting to do business with this bank.Everybody we talked to either is a customer or was a customer and had extremely good feedback.Definitely taking our business away from the corporate banking system in the future!!It was great meeting the team and they are pet friendly ???? The bank calendar is a collection of all their pets.When it comes to doing business with a bank; i’d have to absolutely say that this is among the top tier experiences.

Terrible service, closed randomly when they feel like it. App doesn't work they lock your account at least once a week for no reason and it takes days to fix. Great if you want 0 access to your money

Kelly was very friendly and did an excellent job of making opening accounts at MCT as easy as can be!
