It is awful. I drop packages off in the morning and most don't go out till the next day. I pay for 3 day delivery. Why are they holding onto packages like that. I send alot of perishable items it's just ignorant.

They will pretend to not know anything to avoid responsibility, and claim ignorance about anything mail related. The lady who answered (K) said "I don't know anything about mail". This office should be re-staffed looking at the other complaints. Just terrible, such incompetence.
