They will pretend to not know anything to avoid responsibility, and claim ignorance about anything mail related. The lady who answered (K) said "I don't know anything about mail". This office should be re-staffed looking at the other complaints. Just terrible, such incompetence.

Ordered 1 package with incorrect address, so they didn’t deliver. I went to the post office, the lady did not get what I was saying at all, and told me she shipped the one with the incorrect address back, but refused to mention my ones with correct addresses. When I got home, I checked the tracking, and they sent one of the packages with the correct address back, and the other correct address package was still in Johnsonburg. That means I was at the building my package was at, but yet I still didn’t receive it. If you live in Johnsonburg, just order your packages at somebody’s home that is a town over. At least you know you’ll actually get your package.

Package was at facility and was refused to be allowed to pick up the day I needed it, per "postmaster" rules. Was told I had to wait next day for it to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely terrible customer service. The "Post Master" has a horrible attitude and doesn't believe in just talking but more in telling you you're wrong and yelling. Doesn't cooperate with customers very well and actually threatened to send my package back because I was asking to may questions on an address change. Overall experience was stressful and irritating 👎
