“They have NEW owner. Got me in same day of calling, my car had several service lights on, with issues. I had lights on/ error codes that I've never even seen before. They found the problem and fixed it the same day! And the price was very reasonable. “Royal body shop has a great owner named Bob. It's a smaller body shop so it takes some time but it's not like other bigger body shops where all they want is your money. He did a great job on my car after i hit a deer and it looks great, like it never happened. He even took the time to get my cars complicated color exactly the same when he was re-painting my car parts i needed replaced. I would highly recommend coming here or atleast contacting them because they give you a full price estimate which is almost exact on how much the final price was. He also keeps in contact with you the whole time your car is in his shop.”

“I stopped by to get air service for my Subaru. The first time I have been to this place and it wouldn't have been my first choice if it weren't that I saw it on my way to Sheetz.The person I spoke to, who was already in the the shop repairing a car on a lift, dropped everything and went into the office to get someone to help me.The lady that came out to help me couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. She greeted me warmly and within minutes had completed checking all four tires and adjusting air on all of them.She waved off my attempt to pay for the service with a generous and pleasant, "You don't have to pay, sir. “The “funny” thing is I ended up going to Luciano’s because State Farm didn’t list my Mazda dealer (where I bought the car) as an approved repair shop. Ended up Luciano’s quote was less than the dealer, and there work and service was EXCELLENT. Everybody I dealt with was professional and pleasant. They were honest with the scheduling and the length of time my repair would take. For what it’s worth my Mazda has a special Snowflake White Pearl Mica paint. I was a little Leary of anybody other than the dealer matching it. NO PROBLEM! Luciano’s matched it perfectly and all their work was impeccable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Oh, and all my damage was to the rear bumper. When I picked up my car they had washed my entire car, including removing all my bug guts and tar from my front cowl!”
