Staff are usually not helpful, pretty rude, and talking amongst themselves instead of patrolling the store. This specific best buy also doesn't have much in the way of tech and the employees don't know much about tech either.

Earlier today I went to this Best Buy to upgrade my iPad. I had previously gone around the Holidays, but couldn’t get waited on. Today I was fortunate to get Zack as my sales professional. He made the whole process, with trade-in, seamless and enjoyable. Ask for Zack to wait on you. You won’t regret it!!!

I bought a cell phone at the Johnstown location. The sales rep was Chris. I could not have had a better experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything he was doing to activate the phone. He also helped restore some of the apps from the older phone on the new one. Also another sales rep, from another department, came over and talked with us while Chris was readying the phone. I was very happy with the support and overall atmosphere of the store. I highly recommend this store.

If your in the market to buy a TV, go see Jon at Best Buy in Johnstown, PA. He's very knowledgeable and has great people skills. After doing my own research on the Samsung Neo QLED TVs and their pricing, we plan on returning to make a purchase.

The service guys on the floor are super helpful and took time to explain everything to me. I went to two different best buys in the last week for items, and both times the service guys were unbelievably knowledgeable,patient, and helpful.

Well the pleasant,friendly bearded young man who helped me decide on a new phone,was helpful,informative and listened to my questions,as if they mattered to him,a rare occurrence in retail these days.It's Best Buy,as always,pricey,but your paying for quality (mostly).
