My skis were in for a wax, sharpen, and to have the bindings remounted. There was a problem remounting the bindings where the drill bit went a little too far and rather than them trying to cover it up or fix it, they replaced the skis with the same model brand new. I actually felt bad they had to do that because they’ve been fixing my skis for years without any issues but they wouldn’t let me give anything towards the new ones.”
