“Nobody likes having to need a windshield repair. Especially when it is no fault of your own. On a recent commute to work I ended up behind a semi carrying rock. One of those rocks flew off the back of the trailer and smacked my windshield and cracked it. As soon as the rock hit, I knew I was going to need to a repair. Luckily for me, my insurance had me covered and sent me here. It was going to be an early day and a long day for me. I showed up when they first opened for the day and hoped that I would get in and out as quickly as possible. This is the only thing that went wrong, the time it took. I thought I was going to be out of here quicker than I thought, but I ended up leaving here a bit later, no biggie as I was with a fixed windshield. I came in, gave them my information and took a seat in the waiting area until it was done. It is a small waiting area with a lot to offer. They have coffee available if that is your thing, chairs aplenty, television, and charging ports all over the place if you need to re-up your phone. While you wait you are given updates on the status of your vehicle and they even took me out to see the finished product before I left. While they were waiting for the glue to dry they also do a thorough carpet cleaning. They did an overall great job on restoring my windshield to pre-crack status and I was on my way for the day. Just hate that the song is stuck in my head all the time now.”

“The “funny” thing is I ended up going to Luciano’s because State Farm didn’t list my Mazda dealer (where I bought the car) as an approved repair shop. Ended up Luciano’s quote was less than the dealer, and there work and service was EXCELLENT. Everybody I dealt with was professional and pleasant. They were honest with the scheduling and the length of time my repair would take. For what it’s worth my Mazda has a special Snowflake White Pearl Mica paint. I was a little Leary of anybody other than the dealer matching it. NO PROBLEM! Luciano’s matched it perfectly and all their work was impeccable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Oh, and all my damage was to the rear bumper. When I picked up my car they had washed my entire car, including removing all my bug guts and tar from my front cowl!”
