“I've rented from this facility several times and they've always been great. This time, I had a reservation with Enterprise (my company has a rate with Enterprise) that was cancelled by them an hour before I was supposed to pick it up. I was in a panic as I had to drive to catch a flight at lunch time. I stopped in to Payless and Mark (I believe) was getting cars ready for the morning. It was 15 minutes before they opened but he was still willing to help. He said he didn't have any vehicles available but I explained the situation and he said he might be able to help. He personally went out and pulled a few items of trash out of the vehicle that a previous customer left and said I could take that one if I didn't mind it not being vacuumed out. I said I couldn't care less! Mark went out of his way to help me in a tough situation, good luck finding that type of customer service at the bigger rental car facilities!”

“JST airport is tiny and it is great that there is a Hertz location here. It closes at 5 PM weekdays, but there is a flight from Chicago that comes in (usually) at 10:20 PM. I was on that flight and I had called to see if there was a way to get a car after 5 PM. The agent was very helpful and said she or another agent would be there when the flights lands. Our flight was substantially delayed until 2:20 AM, and I was completely surprised that the agent was there with our keys for the car. Shout out to Caitlin for being there at such an inconvenient time!”
